I only eat 1-2 meals a day. So I don’t have to go very often. No issues with blockage. But I do drink water all day and am constantly moving around 👍🏻

@@pineapple365If you’re new to cleansing it will, not fat necessarily, but you’ve got like 15-40 lbs of waste cemented into the walls of your colon. I like to do green juice in the mornings combined with daily enemas for cleansing. That’s just my experience and I am not a doctor, so take it lightly.
@@H.Michele 6 feet of large colon compared to 20ft of small intestine crammed with crap an enema will never get anywhere near. Enemas are pretty useless in the grand scheme.

Since i started taking your protein powder there is not a chance that i would get constipated. I have been going several times a day. Also it keeps the hunger away as well. Good stuff.
How do you drink it?
In the mrng before the meal? Only the powder?
Yes i drink it first thing in the morning. I put it in my 16oz Ninja smoothie blender. I put in part of coconut water and part water but it’s ok with just water it’s sweet enough to the taste. Then in the afternoon before dinner i have another 16oz. It does cut down on hunger I noticed i eat less. It has definitely kept me being regular more than usual.

I was going every day until I fasted for 3 days. During that 3 days, I only pooped on the 3rd day when I did an enema. It's been about 2 weeks since then and I'm super constipated. I've gone 3 times and the 3rd time was due to the enema. I'm going to have to try these things, because it feels like my small intestine has just quit functioning. Kinda freaking me out 😮
Fasting means no food, therefore nothing to poop.(if you are clean) Then when you eat again, after the 2nd day it starts again, that's normal. People who poop a lot while fasting are full of waste.
This is exactly what I've been waiting for to hear about enemas.
The topic is discussed very controversially and there are opinions that are in favor and others that are against it. Both opinions are logical and I'm now sitting between two chairs and basically don't know anything anymore.
Some say the intestines become clogged and cannot pass on important nutrients; they cannot pass them through and therefore the intestines should be cleaned every now and then.
Others say that there are also positive bacteria and so on in the intestines, which we can remove with an intestinal lavage and possibly become ill as a result. They say we would ruin our intestines and get sick.
There are different opinions on almost every topic and how are you supposed to know where the truth can be found?
It is a miracle that humanity is still alive and one is actually well advised to end one's life.
It's not that people like me are resistant to learning and too lazy to get information, it's more that it creates a lot of confusion.
I'm at a loss, which is why I'm often very sad.
But since everything seems to revolve around fear and the money you can earn from people's fear, you will never be able to approach a person to have a more detailed conversation with them.

Take a tablespoon of castor oil (organic, cold-pressed hexane-free in a dark glass bottle) on a day you don't plan on going out. You will need to be near a toilet that day.

i assume thats cuz it decreases microbiome diversity (tho the studies say higher amounts than that should do that, but what do i know xD)

4:00 that happened to me it got to the point where I had serious blockage. Had to go to the emergency room. Never ate like that ever again haha.
In looking at the "Natural Calm", the back label now says "Magnesium Carbonate" instead of "Magnesium Citrate". Does Markus still recommend it if they've changed their form of magnesium?

Yes but if you have chronic constipation you need to change what you're eating... stop dairy, cheese, bread, sugar and meds
We weeded out most of our sugar and dairy. We added a great deal of fiber into our diets including chia seeds. We keep hearing drink more water so we add the chia seeds to water and drink more water. I bought one of those bags awhile ago.
What do you think of Concentrac Liquid Mineral drops, instead of the Calm Formula? Is one better than the other?
The body needs magnesium second only to oxygen. Most people are seriously deficient in magnesium.

I’ve been constipated all my 44 years. I’ve had to do the water enemas since 2011, every other day at the very least. I’ve tried so many other things. Even during my 7 years raw vegan I needed a daily enema or I get the concrete effect. I’d love to know what to do when water and magnesium and herbs and diet and all that still don’t heal the issue. I did recently learn that I have low stomach acid so I’m sure that doesn’t help. I’ve been talking supplements for that for a year now but none seem to be helping. I’m still a digestive disaster.
Eating too much fiber raw vegan, and not enough water. Eat more fruit as part of raw vegan diet. Also when you drink water, make it warm water with lemon juice in it. The citric acid from lemon juice helps with digestion. If you take antacids or pepcid or other prescriptions they will constipate you and messup your system making things worse. Don't know what specifically you eat but lots of dark leafy greens will help regulate bowel. Papaya is a delicious fruit that will fruit soften up make you go. The black seeds in it is best for constipation. Some people are not aware of benefits of the seeds and throw it out. It's also nutritious. I've been eating it all for decades. Also lots of watermelon. Aloe vera pulp is also very much good for constipation in addition to soothe any stomach issues and heal from the inside as well as outside. Many people are not aware of that they think it's only for skin issues. I cut in chunks and add to salad or just add to smoothies. . Maybe a few twerks like these in your diet will help. I've also had constipation for many, many years, except when I eat what I mentioned above. If I go off and eat carbs, any kind of flour based. And too much rice or potatoes. My best time healthy and energized was when I was raw vegan but I ate balanced veggies mostly dark green leafy and there are many, some of my favorites are the chards, kale, collards, arugula, radish. Lots of cucumbers will also soften up. Also I put them as smoothie instead of all raw eating, that way it's not too much fiber without the liquid. I can also add to smoothies what I don't put in salad like Chia seeds, flax seeds, watermelon, aloe vera.
Cut the carbs. Sorry to go on but I can identify with you I have had very long term constipation and when I'm consistent cut carbs, breads, pastries, veggies, cheeses, pizza, any type of packaged foods I no longer have the problem. Good luck Namaste.

Personally I sprinkle them on my salads every day. No constipation. Saw a video with his girlfriend making food using chia seeds and all kinds of nuts and seeds

Hi Markus, here is a question for you: is sun exposure good or bad for your eyes if your dna test tells you that you are at high risk for developing age related macular degeneration? I've come across articles that say, sun exposure is preventative against AMD, other articles say the opposite. So confusing! Who should I believe? You! Your eyes NEED sun, they are solar panels. It only causes problems with unhealthy people who eat a lot of sugar, bread, refined carbs etc because sugar cross links proteins. I used to eat all that and had glasses thicker than my car windshield. It will if you eliminate bad foods from your diet that feed bad bacteria that don't like the healthy stuff. Right now you are giving health food to bacteria that only thrive on processed foods (bread, sugar, dairy etc) It takes time to kick out the freeloaders and invite new decent homeowners to move in, set up shop and procreate. In the meantime, its a nessy battle going on in there. Also, do not mix sugar, wheat or fruit juice with any of that or you'll really get gas like crazy. Sweet stuff balloons everything, including yeast. Also improve your stomach acid by adding apple cider vinegar to your food and maybe some betaine. Don't eat late and stop eating 3 hours before bed.
The last time I was constipated is when I ate a cheese pizza. And some people say that dairy is healthy lol.

Not for enemas, it could cause an electrolyte imbalance and make you pass out. Always add some minerals or a pinch of sea salt. Also, don't use distilled water that comes in plastic jugs because the empty charge in the water will suck plastic into the water which is highly estrogenic. www.WhyNotDistilled.com Filtered or spring water is best.

Yes. Think about it- there are 300 lb pregnant women out there, think how much that poor baby is being squeezed in those scenarios! A bit of water isn't going to make much difference. Minimize dairy, sugar, bread, wheat and coffee as much as possible

Will eating raw heal your eyes to the point you don't need glasses anymore?
Water fasting is much more powerful for ocular improvement. Extended water fasting in particular, along with breaks from looking at screens. Nonetheless, staying consistent on raw organic produce may help to some degree and will create a much better environment for regeneration versus cooked/processed food. Also, Markus offers a detailed Eye e-book on his website.
I only eat once a day with big fat salad made with wild edibles for dinner. No sugar, no carb or processed crap and poop so nicely 😂

I grow up very poor, yet my father insisted that I go to a private school, with almost all rich-parent students!
That caused me severe stress and chronic constipation!
I would be on the toilet for hours!
I actually damaged the muscles of my rectum and I didn't even know it!
To this day -- 35 years later -- I still suffer from puborectalis muscle dysfunction (the most severe form of chronic constipation), and tenesmus (the feeling of incomplete evaluation).
However, some 28 years ago, I took vitamin B1 at 50mg for 3 days.
And that got rid of my chronic, painful constipation!
But the muscle damage is still there, even though I'm regularly now for the past 28 years.
I'm currently working with a pelvic floor dysfunction specialist!

I'm sure that sugar doesn't make you constipated as I eat 10 RIPE bananas a day. You really should be more specific when you state that sugar makes you constipated. Just saying...
Bananas have fiber which blunts the natural sugars in it. Most people know I'm talking about refined carbs. That said though, orange juice and fruit juice has no fiber and is highly concentrated sugar which feeds yeast which can balloon up in the gut and cause stoppage. "Just Sayin"
If you are constipated. First, drink 1-2 glasses of hot water(Pregnant women can simply drink cold water). And wrap your fingers around the anal area between the buttocks and, standing on your feet, press several times, as if you were pressing a button on a remote control, but press as hard as you can, then wait 10-15 minutes. . When you feel gurgling in your stomach, it means that everything is in order, it means that water has entered the outlet. Then drink 1 glass again and this time go to the toilet. Again, while standing, repeat the same thing, placing your fingers on the anal area.
When you have a strong desire, you immediately sit on the toilet.
Stretch! Do some yoga.
