Since centuries the optimal manner to overcome not only occasional constipation but chronic constipation too naturally will be taking castor oil. Remember that castor oil is the only laxative that will not work in the intestines by irritating them, but by activating and synthesizing certain substances in the human body. So any habituation of the human body or diminishing laxative effect is absolutely impossible and castor oil is suitable in a special manner for chronic constipation. Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach; eventuelly later a second tablespoon castor oil.

Hey Doctor, I noticed you are drinking this at night for the video. You mentioned this solution to be taken In the morning. So can you also take in the night??
I take 1/2 cap Miralax daily and eat plenty of fiber from fruits, grains and vegetables. My stool is soft but I poop several times a day. It is narrow. I have had 4 colonoscopies that were normal except for having redundant colon. Would I take a smaller dose of the mix to get a more bulky stool but still soft ? Afraid to do 2 T to start.
Just mixed up a container of this about an hour ago and had a glass. It was great tasting to me. Just a nice light orange flavor. Coincidence or results, who knows, but the proof is in the pudding I just experienced. I know, bad pun.

I had bowel movements everyday but still got very plugged up even though I took Miralax every day. I am going to check with my doctor and see if I can take this. I am 81.

Gonna try this...I did when my baby was overdue...it worked and 7 hours later.... I had a baby boy...no problem.
