When your cooking filet mignon on the grill I agree with a fresh zesty lime sauce all the way with a cold michelada. On a cast iron I tend to make a rich red wine & mushroom sauce.

Oh Ninja...How well you cooked that gorgeous, well marbled, juicy Filet Mignon. You cook see the juices in the slices you cut and the juices flowing in my mouth. LOL. Man that was some of the best filet I ever had when we visited you guys and I’m a rib eye guy all the way. The sauce looked appetizing and I’ll bet it paired nicely with the beef. Also I noticed the video of your final presentation looked awfully good just like a professional chef with tomatoes, cucumbers rosemary...it made everything look awesome.
