Yes, it is not a fair comparison but we are teaching you how to cook both ends of the spectrum in the best possible way.
how you cook steaks in their best possible way without counting quality is more than a challenge and comparing a cheap chuck under blade steak to its wagyu counterpart can be intimidating but our commitment is to make you a better cook and here is how.

One of the challenges that I truly enjoy undertaking is trying to make the less expensive cuts taste top notch. If it doesn't work, I just blame the cost. If it works, I flex my pit-master muscles.
That mentioned, however, I have to give props to "Pops,' as he always taught me "to cannot mess up a good piece of meat."

I think blade steak is alright for a cheap weeknight, feel like having steak, but nothing to celebrate type of meal. It's flavorful and if you cut divide it up and cut it right it comes out easier to chew, and juicy.

Not sure if everyone heard what Ninja said “ I’m a bodybuilder who drinks beer. Oh hell yea then I’m quite the bodybuilder because I drink beer rum and vodka. Haaaaa LOL With that said great video Ninja. I did mention that you should slowly move your food over the grill and after watching it again you do. One thing I noticed is that it takes a second for your camera to focus by the time it does focus you’re already moving the steak. Nice job singing and dancing Mrs Ninja 🔥🔥🔥

Hey, I bought a bunch of “chuck under blade steak boneless” from bjs cuz I’ve been watching vids on the Denver steak, how it’s the best most tender cheap cut, also goes by the name “chuck under blade”
But in all the pics I see a Denver steak looks very different from whatever I got, my steaks look exactly like the one in your video without a bone, have I made a rookie mistake and bought the wrong steak lol? Oh well I think I’ll have to try out your marinade recipe then! Thanks either way haha.

Mmm....Wagyu. I was always a Ribeye chick, until you guys turned me onto Wagu. Question since you mentioned beer in the video and I dont drink it. I was wondering if certain types of beers (ale, wheat, lager, etc) pair better with different meats or is it all the same (for my guest)? I already know my Bacardi lime and sprite goes well with everything 😆 BTW...checkout a video that the wall street journal did yesterday on The battle over Wagyu (Japan vs Australia) on youtube.
