- After so many request of making a chicken wellington I went to work and tried to make the best chicken wellington in the planet. This is the journey I took and you can see the results in the end. The most important thing was to make it taste amazing! I also took the chance and made a keto chicken wellington as I know we are in the diet season.

1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar or Other Vinegar
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 cup Lemon Juice
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp Rosemary
2 tbsp Dijon or Spicy Brown Mustard
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Garlic Powder

I made this and it turned out pretty good. If you aren’t a fan of that strong vinegar scent, add less balsamic vinegar bc it was personally a bit too sour. It was overall great and I highly recommend it

Cool that you made a keto version! :) Recommendation/suggestion: Mix powdered parmegiano with the almond flour to get a better and thicker crust, with the added bonus of cheesy umami flavor. This is what I do for keto fried chicken. You get a really crunchy and flavorful crust. It's absolutely delicious. :)

I absolutely love your enthusiasm and you’ve inspired me to make quite a few of your recipes including the beef Wellington. On Monday I deboned the thighs and I cooked them on Tuesday. Tuesday night I made the broth and bacon and onions… Tonight I pull the whole thing together

That marinade is legit. Since I 1st started cooking as a young teenager I've been using the same exact ingredients except for the rosemary and I add a Tablespoon of A1.

Eat vegetables, fruits and lean protein every day (moderate carbs) and from time to time eat whatever You want not everyday just from time to time and You will look good and feel good and be healthy.
