B n I’ve heard mountain lion is the best. But those people probably haven’t tried lion so you might be right. Joe Rogan was just talking about eating mountain lion on a recent podcast
Guga started running his business from home and he didn't need to be at the office anymore. If they ever do a video together again and Mamau, it's gonna be amazing.
I don’t like to much the term to the meat but I love to you take your time for respond all fan coments and no everybody do that!! Blessed and a lot success come to you!!! 👍💪
The marbling is insane on that steak. Dry aged steaks are amazing. I can't imagine a Wagyu A5 dry aged. I saw A5 at my local store and it was listed at $219.99 a pound. They were selling them in cube sizes smaller than a hockey puck.
I bet it is not cheap and if on top of that you add a 60 days dry aged then you have something I will call expensive... BUT... It is a unique and amazing experience for sure! 😍
Man Mr and Mrs Ninja this looks absolutely DEEEEEELICIOUS! Brother & Sisters. I can only dream of trying a wagyu steak from Japan. God bless you guys and I hope your channel continues to grow every day!
WOW!!! I thought I tried everything, but an A-5 Wagyu 60 day Dry Aged...Deeeeeeeeeeeeeelicious brother. Really!!! Hey, I don't remember seeing that in your fridge when I was there, holding out are you... LOL. That's awesome and it looks ridiculously delicious. Great video Ninja and Mrs Ninja. Now that you have our attention and I'm sure all of your subscribers will agree with me, let's do A-5 Wagyu every week. Oh Yea!!!! Haaaaaaaaaaaa
Ninja, I recently read of another steak that is more exclusive than even kobe beef. It comes from France. It's Blonde d'Aquitaine steak from a Parisian butcher, Alexandre Polmard. They have the only herd. He is the third generation butcher. Once the steaks are cut they age fifteen years in a cave. But at $3500/lb, I don't think any of us are ever going to get a look at one of those, much less taste them. So we'll just be content with Australian or Japanese wagyu as the top of our aspirations. ;-) Thanks for the content. Hope you and Mrs. Nina are well, safe and happy. Keep doing what you do!
@@SaltyTales I don't think any of us are missing that much by not having it. ;-) Please don't do it just because I mentioned it. I can't imagine how it could possibly taste *that* much better than the wagyu you've been working with, to justify that high price. 👍
Stuff like this is why I’m glad I live an omnivore lifestyle. Don’t get me wrong that steak looks, as you both so eloquently put it, DEEEELICIOUS but I do need my healthy veggies too. All in all I love watching stuff like this.

that looks so good. i would love to try hitting it with a torch. slicing it thin and throwing some finishing salt on it after. leaving it nice and red inside.
Mr Ninja! I have two questions which would be better I’m stuck. Australian wagyu ny strip white label? Or the Australian wagyu ribeye black label. Have you tried these at all? Im curious as to which one would be best for me to buy. First time buyer
Let me ask you a question Ninja that wagyu has been aged 60 days and you trim the edges and I saw the color of the meat become red how come you didn't scrape or cut the face of the steak. The reason I ask Daddy is I can understand if it was a true lawn of the ribeye cuz I know they cut the face off there and then cut into the middle but since they already cut it it looked like that need to be shaped up to self that's just for my point of view
That steak was part of an entire prime rib that was dry-aged for 60 days and then cut into steaks. It'll remain the dry colors and toughness on the borders but the sides were cut already and there was no need to do anything on them. That is a great question I didn't addressed in the video. Thank you so much for asking! 😀
I rarely ever comment on videos, but I just had to let you know how good that steak looked. One question: did you dry age it yourself or did it arrive like that? Keep up the good work, brother. Happy to see someone throw down on some quality steaks.
That must have been incredible. Not sure I would have wanted to add anything to the dry aged Wagyu though, I would probably eat it seasoned with salt and use the beef drippings to cook some veggies. On another note though, it's interesting when you know some of the history on different parts of the world.
