Great video. For anyone wondering, in newer blender versions the add layer section in texture paint has moved to top middle now instead of the side bar.
If you increase your brush size to a massive number like 500 or 1000 you can spray the whole thing on in 1 or 2 swipes and have less of a chance of missing small areas

I need help. At 2:41 you select a texture under texture slots, but I do not have texture slots on my screen. I am using the newest version of blender, so maybe that has something to do with it?
Pretty sweet Video. Lots of work went into it and you can tell. Some nitpicking. look for a better recording software / device. The text even when put to 1080p is due to your display scaling settings fairly unreadable. i would recommend thinking about recording and uploading in 1440p or 4K. It would improve the perceived overall quality of your videos tremendously!
I cant believe it has taken this long for someone to notice this! What happened was, i had done a fresh hard drive install meaning i needed to reinstall everything from windows to apps etc. After the refresh. I installed all my apps. Made this episode, uploaded it etc. then i noticed the quality! My screen record app had reset to default settings!!! I was truely wounded. I did put alot of effort into this too. If i could, i would vote to ban 720p as it is utterly useless.
i have a question, when i paint creating uv maps in the same object, sometimes blender closes and when i enter to the project again only have the first image painted, all the uv maps are in the same node material, the uv maps still but the images doesnt painted in model
Save the uv map. Uv maps and blender files save separately. When doin uv stuff ull see a save button. Always make sure to save the uv before closing or itll reset back to nothing etc
@@solus39 additionally you can go -file menu and pack all your files to the blend file. then unpack them. It will save them within the blend file then. This is good if you're disorganized like me and one day move a bunch of files on your computer lol
Check your “preferences” in the section that you can pick either cpu or gpu. In blender 4 you can select both as apposed to just one or the other. I had an issue were even though it was set to cycle and gpu, the setting in preferences had both cpu and gpu selected, untick cpu rendering so your gpu gets first dibs. Failing this give me more details what’s happening and ill try my best fella. 3.4 was just as capable as 4.0 but its always best tobe ahead of the curve etc.
You would just be duplicating into another layer. You would run a duplicate texture in the shader editor. Even keep the layers separate, just select all before you go into texture mode and it should let u paint all at once but remain separate etc

Go to render settings, simplify, under viewport or render setting, change texture resolution to max

Are you in edit mode? You can only unwrap objects in edit mode

Can I do this in Blender 3.4 version too?? Because My Pc always crash when I open blender 4.0 version.

Select the door after, press p to separate.
