Coach kennie yesterday I played a match nd in the third set after mid game break I was very nervous there were some negative thoughts running in my mind nd cuz of that I played many negative points from my side and lost the match
Please correct me on this!!
You have to be conscious about that if u dont have a coach that goes to tournaments with you. In the beginning it will be a bit challenging to correct yourself but if u try hard in doing so, you eventually build a habit that reminds yourself to find solutions instead of fearing more errors in the game. 😁🏸

Sumasakit po yung right hand ko yung wrists ko while playing badminton, minsan po hindi ko ma-hit ung shuttlecock dahil ang sakit na. Parang may bali na po Tsaka po mabigat po yung ginagamit kong racket, maybe yun po yung dahilan kaya sumakit na parang nabalian. Tama naman po ung grip ko. I hope you reply my comment.
Patignan mo yan sa doctor para sigurado tayo. Wag mo munang ilaro kung masakit at baka lumala lang. Sana ay pahinga lang ang kailangan. Balitaan mo ko and feel better soon! 😁🏸
