We are human beings and our games will go up and down. We hope for it to be consistently well but even the best players in the world have a hard time maintaining their positions so when we lose we learn to be better whether in our strategies or emotional strength😁🏸

How to find our any mistake?
What we did on our time to beat shutter, to stand in correct position, and etc.
Sometimes I feel discouraged. As an intermediate player I expect my opponent respect me & others. Especially when he is a guest to the regular group.
For warm up, I was partnered with a guy who immediately smashes. 🤦♂️ He smashed towards my face 1st, then my body. 🤷♂️ Such poor sportsmanship. During the match he gave up smashing at me because I kept returning them with high lifts. Because I didn't get a proper warm up I played a few games lifting & clearing. He also hid his shuttles so no one could use his when changing shuttles between rallies.🤦♂️ Then they don't like it when they get smashed at. 🤔

While hitting shots why does the shuttle always strike on the frame of the racket rather than the stringed area?
That means timing is not yet accurate😁🏸

Hi coach. I sprained my leg yesterday during training and today i cant walk. I have a badminton tournament in 2 weeks. Do you think my leg can be okay within the 2 weeks?

Can’t say for sure, some recover faster but there will still be a bit of pain even after a week😁🏸
Hi , Is there any rule in Badminton related to service receivers.. Related to the movement of service receiver that the receiver moves to attack the shuttle only after hitting the shuttle by the servicer or shuttle should cross the net.. otherwise if the service receiver moves to attack the shuttle before the shuttle crossing the net should be considered as a fault??
Please clear this confusion regarding the movement of the service receiver..
Receivers should not move before the shuttle has been hit by the server😁🏸
