Egg-free, Crispy and Creamy Toast Made With Milk :: Milk Cream Toast

I made milk cream toast that has simple ingredients and is easy to make.
I made cream with milk without eggs and baked it with bread.
The bread is crispy and the cream is soft. It’s really delicious.
Just looking at the outside, it seems a bit difficult, right?
It's really easy, so give it a try.
*** Measurements are using scales (g), tablespoons (Tbsp), and teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)
[2 toasts]
✤ Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 20g Unsalted butter
- 100ml Milk
- 20g(2Tbsp) Allulose 20g (or sugar)
- 5g(0.5Tbsp) Corn starch (any type)
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese (2 slices for extra cheese flavor)
✤ TIP
- In an air fryer, 200 degrees for about 5 minutes (may vary by device)
- 1 egg yolk can be substituted for cheddar cheese

Just made this for breakfast. I put it in the oven at 430°F for 8 minutes but it still didn't get as toasty as yours. Maybe I'll need about 10 minutes on mine. It still tastes delicious though! I think it tastes better when it's cooled off. I put 1 slice of cheese and the cream has a lightened sweet taste and it's sooo good!! Thank you for the recipe!! ❤
Your oven temp might be off. I recently got a oven thermometer and mine is actually 20*f off😅
