I'm amazed. Truly easy and awesome ways to fold the samosa pastry. I knew of only 2 conventional ways but the methods mentioned in the video have changed my views about the difficulty in making the pastry perfect enough to prevent it from leaking out the contents whilst frying the samosa. In my opinion for the rookie samosa makers, start with method 1 and 2 coz 3 and 4 you bound to create some spaces and when you dip them in hot grease, you won't like the spattering caused by grease penetrating those spaces

Looks very neat but the most important part for a beginner is to know the dimension used -length and width of the pastry .
Would be grateful if you provide a template used in your video .

For option 1&2 you can make them at any size you choose, as long as they have enough folds to complete the final product.
With a square pastry wrapper, cut them lengthways to create strips enough for 4 folds and a final sealing tuck at the top.
See in the video that each side of the product, spans approx 4-5 fingers in width for a rough guide.
Enjoy experimenting until you reach your desired outcome!
