This was the most meticulous food making video I've ever seen. Every step was like a watching a master at work. There is no way I will ever be able to achieve creating a pastry like this but it is intriguing to watch. I might be able to pull off a shabby version of these samosas using frozen puff pastry or frozen pie pastry, but I won't be able to call them real samosas after watching Saleem's gorgeous creations of perfection.Still I will happily walk away with the great filling recipe. Thank you Salem for your meticulous creations. The are so incredibly lovely there will never be anyone else to rival you.😍

What I like in your style is that you use ordinary utensils that we all have in our kitchen. Nothing of any fancy gadgets. That's encouraging and made me subscribe to your channel. Thank you

Congratulations! You are such a wonderful teacher. The explanation was so clear, so brilliant and done with passion and love ,having in mind the comprehension of the students...that I was dumbfounded...I wish to add that I know already how to make samoossas and that I am a teacher of languages. But today I must say ' Bravo ' I am from Mauritius.

Thank you to you Marie for being a teacher. When the teacher comes, the student is ready to learn. Some teachers are impatient because I think they don't put themselves in place of the student. You pointed it out that Teacher Kaleem's kitchen he was both the teacher and the student. The observer was being the observed. Visit Jiddu Krishnamurti's talks on this subject of not being separate.

Also absolutely love your accent so soothing and peaceful.

I came across this video by accident. Never tried making Samosas, you have definitely encouraged me to do so. Loved your detailed step by step explanation. I did wonder how you was going to make 5 dozen,. I was mesmerized by the dough strips being divided into multiple extra strips. Never realized this could occur through toasting. I learnt something new and I am grateful.🙏🏽. You were calm, patient and detailed. Thank you for being outstanding. I’m guessing from your accent you are South African, loved the fact you used mutton. Looks yummy, can’t wait to cook and shall definitely visit your store. Thank you again. 🏆🌟🥰
