First time I hear about the speedo Healer. Always used my GPS to regulate my speed. Thanks a whole bunch and you have a real nice wing. Ride safe and have a great season.
It is a Rick Mayer custom seat and it is fabulous. Rick and his brother Rocky have been building custom seats for years, although Rick may have stopped now. A google search may get you the answer. I have found that going custom is not much more than buying off shelf, but yields better results. This bike was sold within a few weeks of this posting and is being enjoyed by a person that has become a new friend in southern Ohio. He uses the bike as his primary long distance touring bike which of course is its best use. I downsized to a water cooled more sport oriented BMW R1200RT as my long distance bike-but is also used for some day rides and commuting when good storage and weather protection is needed.
It is in southern Ohio. The buyer and I became friends and meet occasionally. He is putting miles on the bike and loving it. We serviced the front forks for him a few months back as he and his companion were planning a long trip.
Hello. Mr. Joseph. I want to thank you for your post and it was refreshing. I have a few questions about a few things you have on there really interesting to me. I would like to get some information so I can add on my Goldwing. So if you would let me know if I can DM you or how can I get ahold of you to ask you questions again? Thank you very much.
granted there were numerous inexpensive parts involved but theres no way id put that much customizing into something and not keep it. got burnt out on that in my twenties. tired of seeing others drive off with the fruits of my labors. now i dont customize shit if i think theres any chance i might sell it. i just keep it clean and original till i do sell it. then the next buyer can Frankenstein it how they want.
Tapered rollerbearing upgrade?? I just bought an f6b. If I have the radio on I risk running off the road as its so distracting so i dont need all the buttons . Where i live there are no freeway networks outside the single big city. The stock windshield is too low and the stock lights are barely adequate so I understand the customising process as I just ordered a screen from Gus and Zach in Florida.

Thanks. Do the heating clothes come with the bike? If not, how much does a suit cost?
Sorry, this is old video and the bike was sold years ago, but we leave it up as folks enjoy the changes I made and get inspiration from it.
