This year I finally set some boundaries and at 1st it was so uncomfortable because all I could think about is what the other person would think about me setting this boundary. It was only hurting me. Now I’m at a space where if I set a boundary with said person it is what it is! Super happy about that today!

HEAVY on setting those boundaries and don’t be afraid to use that “Do Not Disturb” feature on your iPhone which I use faithfully when needed!

I messed up in the 'boundaries' area as a young woman and had to catch up, so to speak. Though it's never too late to pivot, I could have avoided a lot of pitfalls.
The external mic is great. The audio is very good. I hate videos where the audio is trash. Keep walking and talking.
