Hey Bruce, question unrelated to this cocktail. Was gonna make your Brain Splatter Punch and Bitchin Brew for a Halloween Party this year. Could I use watermelon gelatin for the Brain Splatter and add brandy to the Bitchin Brew.
Hello Bruce, greetings, from good old germany, Berlin, watch in asia shops for Coconuts , the best coconut, with much of coconut water, are Young Coconuts. for last week I bought a young coconut and inside was more as an half liter coconut water, of best quality.

Canned coconut water is really good in cocktails. No need to search out coconuts to crack, strain and then discard. Unless you want to try to harvest some of that good insides for something.
Imagine providing as poor a service as the L.C.B.O. Charging as much money as they do and then going on strike and shutting the place down in the middle of summer cocktail season! Have we had enough of government controlled alcohol yet?
Condensed Milk, Gin and Coconut Water. That doesn't sound right does it? But it works!
If you set the condensed milk in a pan of simmering water it will develop a caramel flavor 🙂
(leave it too long, it becomes literal caramel sauce)

Yeah I think that’s the way to go next time. Coconuts around here are so hit and miss
