    hehe compositions,..he is so stylish. This is far from your guitar runs, even in the prog realm. They sure work on creating a theme within this piece. The songwriting on this album has stepped out of its box.

    We all know he's downright amazing so we'll count that as a given, but what really blows me away is how the hell this band plays this entire damn album live, cover to cover, with no pause. Saw them do it October 2013 in Pittsburgh and they honestly didn't miss a note.

    I have PRS custom SE 24, and I recently got the intonation set to C#(like btbam). It would constantly go out of tune if I bent a note or simply strummed a chord. So I took it back to the music shop to get it reintonated and I'm still having the same problem. The technician recommended that I get a locker tuner, but I think that's unnecessary because I rarely use the whammy bar. I notice Paul's PRS does not have locker tuner, and his guitar stays in perfect tune most of the time. Any suggestions?

I can also do what Paul is doing here, that's why I didn't even watch the ending of it, because it's just pointless to watch someone playing something that you can't hear.

  • @Nidhogg420
    @Nidhogg420 12 років тому

    I guess. He's playing everything without changing pickups and does some vibratos that you can't listen in the song and the song does some vibratos that he doesn't do. Or maybe it's just me that i'm losing my mind.
    This doesn't mean he can't play the song, he probably didn't want to record it live because he could've done some mistakes, that's it.

  • @ObscureBeast
    @ObscureBeast 10 років тому

    joshizarappa The problem is the tremolo system. Some of my songs are in C# standard. You don't need super thick strings but super light ones just won't work unless you pick real damn soft. Loosen the strings, jiggle the whammy bar a bit so it stays in place then add the extra spring in the back of the guitar that came in the case.
