    Hey y'all, this is the rub guy. He does such a great job using tons of rub you won't be able to taste the meat but the rub. Meat is just for looks. You go rub guy.

    Safety First! Also be sure to kill the open flame when dropping it in. Then restart the burner.

    Thank you for always showing us great bbq videos. I'm so surprised how much people don't know about these videos. I show everyone I know about how great of bbq you make, and hopefully, we can get you to a million people and up. Love all the seasoning rubs too. Thanks Heath

    Who doesn't eat the skin? That's the best part

    All these Turkey videos are awesome! What can we make with the leftover turkey on the smoker?

      This wasn't on the smoker, but you can cook it on one! ua-cam.com/video/KBi6ffWYnd4/v-deo.html

    I take my course grind rubs an put them in a coffee grinder and make them a finer grind, that way they will fit through the injection needle

    Hey Heath - Thanks for the great video! Any reason you didn't brine the turkey first?

    Tell me about the work table. It looks pretty solid, and like the legs screw into the top. I need something like this.

      It's Pecos. Great table. Legs detach, and you can take it anywhere. A lot of BBQ comp guys will use them.

    No doubt it is over cooked. Some to the meat will be ok. The legs and wings, well, no much left there. But he is learning.

    Your Cajun creole garlic butter has sugar in it. Aren’t you not suppose to use sugar? It’s going to burn it?

    • @HeathRilesBBQ
      @HeathRilesBBQ  11 днів тому

      Use a light layer. If you go heavy, it'll burn.
