I brine in cranberry juice, salt, peppercorns, pureed garlic ginger and onion, serranos, lemon and orange slices, and sage leaves for 2 days. Then let it dry out in the fridge uncovered 1 day. Absolutely delicious w beautiful color!
Looks great! I always wet brine overnight and in the morning I take out and rinse and place on a wire rack on a cookie sheet and place back in the fridge uncovered to dry out the skin. Will make it extra crispy when you fry. Then season and inject while oil is heating.
Baby, I luv these vids u do. Very informational & transformational. Food is always fresh. Still disagreeing w/u abt boiling crabs vs steaming. From Baltimore, but don’t hold it against me, just my preference but putting those crabs on that grill was fire! Keep ‘em coming. Happy Thanksgiving to u and the fam!
So you dont have to season the skin. Who knew. I think I will try this. Also, I need a slammin' recipe for rice-broccoli-cheese cassarole for turkey day. Thanks!

Yooooooo How the heck did you blow up so fast ❤❤❤❤❤❤ WOW! YOU DID THAT!! I loved your videos but couldn’t remember your name and I haven’t seen your channel pop up in months. I wasn’t even sure if this was you. Then when I click “go to channel”and saw 146K I’m like oh 🤔 this is someone else so I scrolled back and saw yes this is the channel I was watching you just started posting 7 months ago!! Hats OFF 🫡 ❤❤❤❤❤ 👏🏾 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Please people he has a great recipe. However, he’s using propane gas you don’t play around with propane gas unless you familiar with using it go out by yourself and electric Turkey fryer and then copy his recipe. When using our outdoor cooker, like propane, you have to know what you’re doing, cause you could burn your house down! I am very familiar with using propane gas. I choose to use the electric fryer way easier less dangerous.

I used the Loco Creole Marinade Kit before, it comes with the injectable stuff and the rub. But your way looks better!😭

Dry brine over night butter compound under the skin then inject before it goes in the oven always better than deep fried

My turkey never looks that perfect
Thanks❤
Could you do some holiday sides?
Damn I want some 😊
No seasoning?
👍🏽
Yessss Lawwwddd
Are you supposed to leave the outside unseasoned ?
just inject it, seasoning on the outside will just burn off in the oil. We inject ours with hot sauce and it's great but his look really good too
I enjoy a good cajun fried turkey. I dont enjoy that it stays around for like a week after Thanksgiving! 😅
I use the leftovers to make turkey pot pie. 🥧
That turkey look like it's been dusted in gold
