Click "LAN Host", give friends the number in the top right corner, have them type it in the input field to the right of "LAN Client", then have them click "LAN Client". Make sure you're on the same WiFi network. If you can't be on the same WiFi network, I'd recommend Hamachi if you're familiar with how to use it.
