Especially at his age. I've spoken to many business owners in CA and they've all had just calloused, in your face attitudes. One who is the son of the largest towing company in the state and he's a spoiled prick from the start driving a 3/4 million dollar rotator. I'm glad to see this young man's work ethic and attention to detail.

First off, props to you for doing 3 vehicles in a day. You knocked them out of the park. Your efficiency and speed is great.
The only thing I want to mention, is you blasted through a breakdown of what you did for 3 vehicles in like 2 minutes. Slow down. The customer needs to feel you’re talking to him, not at him. You did a great breakdown, but I would stop, let him look, or even tell him between vehicles “If you’d like to take a look, go for it and let me know what you think.” And then wait for him to do it.
Also, this is nitpicking, but leave your phone in your pocket and remove your earbuds when you talk to the customer. It shows full dedicated engagement with the customer.
Again, amazing work. And way to really knock it out of the park and not only have a great payday, but land a solid maintenance client. That’s easy money for you that’s consistent. That’s a big thumbs up.
    Great work. Keep it up.

@@jesuscortez726 yeah he went really fast. I would just feel like a number in his books if someone did that to me. But his work is what’s carrying him. Plus his speed. He does work twice as fast as I do. Hell what takes him 45 minutes to an hour takes me 2 at least. He’s on his game. Just needs to slow it down a little. Nitpicking, but we are all in the game to win together. Nothing but love support and best wishes for all of our success.

1 month in and people I don't even know booked with me.
