I think this is my first comment on James videos. I disagree with his advice on what the people at the top do or did to get there. I've worked with C level executives and upper management and what they do is optimize for efficiency and delegate tasks. At some point in time they did put in the hard work and long hours but from what they've said that's only at the start to get the company going. I guess his advice would more so apply to small businesses but from my understanding a small business will stop growing unless it's optimized for efficiency. not hating at all. I respect the hustle James and all the others in this industry put in.

Start doin cash jobs for friends and family. Then get your business licensed and form an LLC. Get business insurance in case you damage anything you are protected. Get your products and procedure locked in write it down and practice your steps. Lastly just get out there and start doing it bro.

Get a air compressor with a blow gun , blow it all together and vacuum if theres dog hair charge extra.
