Beans turned out to be a dealer. Apparently, Beans got into the pot. Everyone recognized he was done when a thoroughly baked Beans showed up to court one day. One of the cops said it was a cat-astrophe for Beans. He was gonna get burnt pretty badly. The judge said his goose was cooked which got Beans excited until they explained it wasn't really a goose. He's serving his first life term. They offered to give him a break if he'd turn state's evidence but Beans said "Hey, I'll NEVER be a RAT!!"

I think he was just going to write the ticket and let her go. She left the department store. She didn't run from the cops. So I guess it was still a ticketable offense or else I dont know why the officer says that.

@@lottnio8207 yes, easily.. A girl I knew got 11 months (1 month and 1 day short of a prison sentence) for just 2 shoplifting charges. She stole make up, candles and hygiene products from a Target. She did this twice, filled up a hand basket and ran out. The only thing that prevented her getting felony charges and going to prison was that they couldn't tally up everything she took because she walked around for so long picking stuff up and putting stuff back. If the store could prove it was over 300.00 of products it would be felony theft. It was really sad, she had just turned 18 and her mom kicked her out so she was homeless at the time and did something stupid and reckless.

That usually affects how someone's sentenced and since you said she was caught doing this twice, it's no surprise that they gave her that much time in county. If she was homeless, it was probably better that she was in jail, than on the streets, where anything could've happened.
