Where’s he going to stash it? Do you understand that by law an officer would be riding standby in the back of the ambulance
sudsy18 - once in the exam room the cop leaves one arm cuffed to the Gurney and leaves them alone with the staff for the exam. He could pull them out then and thinks the staff will not report them or he could claim they were already there since an ER room / cubical is not secured or examined for anything before each patient.
Also he could claim patient doctor privileges.
Doesn’t always work though. Depends on if it was a nurse, orderly, Doctor that finds them and if it finding them resulted in slow response to care. It’s a lawyers argument.

I've watched this post a couple of times in the last year and for the life of me I can't understand why the officers didn't search him BEFORE he got into the ambulance, especially, when he didn't want his shirt cut by the paramedics and the passenger telling them where he was hiding it? Just gave him plenty of time to get rid of it in the Ambulance? or his body heat and his flowing river of sweat might melt the Meth before he gets to the Hospital?...
I guess when he started having the heart problem, they let the paramedics do their thing. They had to cut his shirt off, it's obvious they found everything.

I love it when a criminal runs or refuses to comply he/She is healthy, however when he/She gets caught then suddenly he/She suddenly has asthma, heart condition, epilepsy, claustrophobia, etc. Everyone should be a criminal because it seems it can cure anything (until you dont get caught).
If you're big like that, you likely have a heart issue and those events, even if you caused them, can cause a difficulty breathing and stress on your heart. It's better t get checked out than not. Also, the paramedics would not have taken him to the hospital if his vitals were within normal range. They would have released him to the police. He may be a criminal and a liar but that doesn't mean he wasn't actually having a medical issue.
