Absolute KUDOS to whoever is picking out the music lately!!! Beautiful during the arrangement making!!! I could have that playing in the background all day long!!!! GORGEOUS arrangement! ❤❤❤❤❤
Absolutely stunning!!! The flowers are beautiful but THAT MUSIC took it to a whole other level❤. It’s amazing what the background music can do to or for a video!! You just can’t beat the piano & violin for stirring emotions. Thank you for ALL the beauty in your video❤
Hi, Laura! I just want to say that watching your video is a personal tradition. I discovered your channel when I was in Florida. I left the US in 2022 and lived in the Philippines for 2 years and continued to watch. I am now in Russia by myself. Thanks to vpn, I am able to continue with the tradition and your videos are keeping me company. I am enjoying your videos very much. I am not even a gardener nor do I have a garden where I am at. I am a physics major who loves to watch gardening-related videos. My favorite word of yours is "menagerie". :)
That arrangement is beautiful! The oranges spilling along the bottom give it such a poetic look. You have such a great eye and execution with floral arrangements. Just love it!
Yes, Yes, Yes......the music with this video is perfect! And why I watch and love to see her doing arrangements...it relaxes me and calms my soul....Thank YOU!
Absolutely beautiful! You, my dear Laura, are a non-conformist in your design. So nice to share your form of beauty to help expand the eye of all designers and encourage all. Thank YOU for sharing.
The colors of fall. Beautiful arrangement. I'm thinking this video was made days ago,for Susan was up early showing her gardens with the fresh fall of snow. It was stunning. She poetically described so many plants with snow blanketing them. As others are commenting, the music set the mood. Aw yes, winter is upon us.
Those mums are glorious! When I was 8 years old I walked into the church with my paternal grandfather for my Father’s funeral. He had scarlett fever as a child which weakened his heart. He became ill in his early forties and died after heart surgery. The church was filled with MASSIVE MUMS the scent of which overwhelmed me. It took into my sixties before I could appreciate their lovely beauty. Since the moment I awakened to the joy of their scent and beauty I wouldn’t miss having one during this season! ALL your arrangements Laura exhibit a natural talent and they are artistically beautiful😊
I feel the same way about Easter Lily's my dad passed away a week before Easter and the funeral home was filled with them I still at 70 years old don't really care for the plant.
Oh, how gorgeous!!! This was such a relaxing and calming video!! Thank you for the tour of those beautiful mums and the arrangement process!!! Even though I'm 64 I am still learning so much from you!!! One of my favorite things I've learned from you is foraging!!! And it is one of my most fun things to do now!! Thankfully we have woods beside our house with a ravine that gives me so many options of wild growing things and then with what we plant I have so much to choose from!! And thanks to you I now know how to "see" things I never noticed before!!! So thank you for that!! Oh what fun gardening is!!! P.S. The music accompaniment was perfect so thank you Mr. Editor!!!
The arrangement, in conjunction with the music, gave the essence of Autumn’s last moments of pleading. Persephone’s final smile to mankind as she enters the underworld, leaving us with Winter. As gardeners, the retinue of Demeter, we wish we could convince her to stay with us, but alas, Hades claims all - even her. 🍂 How fitting that snow was forecasted for you the following day. Balance in all things.
Absolutely beautiful and whimsical. So relaxing watching you put the arrangement together while listening to such wonderful music. I’m headed outside to see what I can cut today for my own arrangement. Thank you.
It was so nice to see those Heritage Mums. Going to order some for my garden. They are hard to find these days. They brought back some fond memories. I remember the big "Football" Mums that we gave the girls for the Homecoming Dance every year. They wore them to the football game and then to the Homecoming Dance after the game.
Stunning arrangement!! Y’all are getting snow and here in the Texas panhandle, we STILL haven’t gotten our first freeze. Ugh. 😩 It used to snow so much here…but not anymore. Like 32” at a time. We get maybe half an inch IF it snows now. Just crazy…and sad.
Who else is definitely growing heirloom mums this next year? I know I am. I'm even thinking of getting a polytunnel now. This arrangement is super stunning! Beautiful job Laura! 😍
Your form is lovely but then someone that likes another form would make one equally as lovely because that is what their eye would go toward. Thank goodness that there are many talented people 😊
I was told by a garden center to prune my mums numerous time to encourage branching. Last prune should be done on 4 July. Bonus is creating new plants by sticking cuttings in the ground. Great job Laura.
That was beautifully done. The mums you picked are all the ones I liked the best. 😂and the branches took it over the top. Then the music was the chefs kiss 🤌🏼
Gorgeous Laura. Stag vase was perfect and I love your Hartley. Such a tranquil place to read a book and have that peaceful music in the background. Cup of coffee at the table and I would be in heaven. xx
We've watched you make so many flower arrangements over the years Laura , each time it's such a pleasure ! The music was the perfect accompaniment to your beautiful artistry!
Beautiful arrangement. If you glued some straws onto one side of some orange slices, it could make a nice spike! I can't wait to see the mums after they are established!
Oh’ goodness, Laura that is a stunning flower arrangement. I love your idea of the dried oranges in and around the table of the arrangement.❤ As much as I love watching you in the garden during the Summer is equally enjoyable to watch you work your creativity magic in the Autumn. This was so enjoyable to watch you in your creative element.🍂🍊🧡
Love the way you put together arrangements! So natural using other garden interest… leaves, branches, twigs & berries! I have a few perennial mums in my garden and love how they extend the bloom season!
Mums are so underrated! I love the arrangement and all the textural elements you added to the mums, it's so beautiful. That container reminds me of something your mom would have told you that you needed to have while shopping together on one of your antiquing outings, it is really perfect for that arrangement. great job!!! 🍂🦌🏵🍁
Melancholy feel to the music, which goes with this time of year... absolutely lovely arrangement and I know you enjoy taking foliage from your own garden rather than having to drive out to forage it. 🌿
Your fall arrangement with the new Mums and other natural elements like the Hawthorn berries and golden Birch leaves is stunning! Well done. Even like the use of the older preserved orange slices! Good work!
I find great joy in harvesting my garden to make fresh arrangements. It's like an ode to the garden for it's ever amazing generosity through every season. Using the elements at hand from Birch, Rose, Hawthorne and Crabapple made a wonderful "cage" for supporting your Mums. The added interest of color and texture from these supporting cast members was the cherry on top! Well done Laura, I hope you enjoyed the process as much as we viewers 💚
Your arrangement is really beautiful. And your mums are too. I know they are long lasting thank you for all the beaty you share. And you got 2 gorgeous kids too. 🦋💐
Beautiful mums and so many stunning varieties. Wondering if you pinch your mums back until July like my research tells me to do? It's obvious that I didn't pinch mine back enough because they are very leggy and falling over. Please teach us how to keep them more tidy and not so leggy. The airy style of your bouquet is beautiful.
So pretty - all of them but I absolutely love the yellow powder puff - OMG so happy, cheerful and beautiful. I love the Mellow Moon too - Powder Puff and Mellow Moon would look great together - what a bridal bouquet they would make. Gertrude and Savannah Chalton are also great. I love the coppery Oberlin matched with the Apricot colored one. Loved the music - such a good choice for this video.
So blessed for our tropical weather 🙌 no snow here or frosts ! Your Chrysanthemums are very pretty so many variety’s thank you for this video Laura from the Land Down Under 🇦🇺🦘🐨💐
Oh Laura, it looks BEAUTIFUL. The music that played while you arranged the flowers was PERFECT. When the muns start to go dormant, will you cut them back or just leave them till spring? ❤😊
Ohhh, I’ve been waiting for this video to see what you might do with the Mums. When I was in high school in central Jersey in the early ‘70’s 😜 we called them ‘Football Mums’. it was a big status symbol to receive a corsage with a single giant mum and a tiny wooden football in the center for homecoming! Afterwords we would wear the tiny football on a gold chain, and that’s also how you could pick out an upperclassman. Fun memory from this vintage Nana. Lovely video. ☺️ Thank you Laura
I live in Fl zone 9b and I have still learned so much from you. When I talk about you I always refer to you as bestie 😊 You're my garden bestie and I appreciate you and the team and all the time you take to share your knowledge! Thank you for all you do.
Oh my ! Another stunning fall arrangement, brightening our life everyday with your new videos. Watching your videos heal my wilted soul , wounded heart and sorrows, it's been a happy pill to my life. Thank you Laura 😊
Love how your mums are thriving in the high tunnel. Your bouquet looked gorgeous and I love that the dried orange slices made an appearance. So beautiful! How about using the remainder of the orange slices on a few wreathes with cinnamon sticks to decorate your covered porch? I saw it in one of your past videos for ideas.
Thank you so much, Laura, for your video today!! I had a flower arrangement that had a few chrysanthemums and other flowers that weren’t doing well. I picked some loropetelum branches, mountain salvia, and some aging hydrangea blooms! Put them with the chrysanthemums and wow! So very pretty! Thank you so much for the inspiration!!
I was in a lot of pain this morning, but listening to the incredibly beautiful music while watching Laura put together the gorgeous mum arrangement really lessened the pain. Best therapy ever!
Thank you Laura! Aaron should also be pleased seeing this colourful arrangement! I love the berries to complement this stunning flashing togetherness!❤
Wow!!! That sure is so beautiful. That’s a centerpiece for sure. You are so blessed to have all those perfect colors in your garden. Thank you for sharing.
Oh my goodness what a stunning arrangement and the violin and piano music just beautiful

Those are all gorgeous! Those lemony yellow ones are a breath of sunshine!
Spectacular arrangement! I love the more natural look too. The music added that sort of nostalgic feeling of fall fading.
The fall arrangement is gorgeous. It would elevate any Thanksgiving table decorations. The background music was just as beautiful.
Thanks for the inspiration Laura. I love that you used natural elements from your garden with those beautiful mums 💐

Love the floral arrangement Laura, so whimsical 😊
Love the colors together! I like how you arrange flowers, a modern look than the tired old bouquets you see everywhere.
Have six raised beds ready for Spring planting. Putting daffodils and garlic into beds as PNW cyclone leaves the area.
Laura is such a joy to follow.

You have such an eye for floral arrangements. I love your natural style. I loved all the beautiful mums!
I love a "natural", wild looking flower arrangement! I think I inherited that love from my mom! She hated "roundy-moundy" arrangements!
Beautiful!

I really appreciate the music your editor selects.
So do I ❤
Agree!! But last night I realized they missed an opportunity for something ominous when she was murdering the mealy bugs yesterday… bwahahaha 😈 😂
Veronica in Alaska is amaxing. Mine came back after a pretty cold winter. I love that plant!
CELEBRATION in a vase! That is the MOST gorgeous happy arrangement ever. Perfect for the Hartley and for me.
