Which daily routine are you finding is the biggest challenge for you? Comment below 😊
Definitely evening is my biggest struggle. I'm about 80% good on my morning routine. Also, thanks so much for sharing all of these videos, you have given me so much clarity and direction. It's like for years I've been trying to do all of these tasks that you talk about, but individually. You have helped me bring them all together, so now I'm gaining momentum and flow. I am truly grateful I found your page a few weeks ago. I will continue to share with everyone I know. Thanks again for being you, my fellow Virgo! ❤
Exercise 🫣
Just sticking with a plan. My stick-to-it muscle needs much work!!! 😑
Reading my Bible 1st. Then trying to study for school. Then trying to exercise before l have to be at work at 8am. A lot of times l get so entrenched with reading my Bible I don't get to the school studying, but make it down stairs to the treadmill. I tried to time blocked but it didn't work. So I reversed the studying the Bible before I go to bed.
@ Yeah U have to be at work at 8am with a commute. My very first video talks about my routine.
I feel like I'm struggling with every section of my day because I am so heavily reliant on other people's schedule! I have to work around my kids schedule, my husband's schedule, my boss's schedule. It's draining. Every part of my life is blending onto each other: doing work stuff at home and doing home stuff at work.
Hugs! What part can you control? If Incould say pick one thing to work on it is demanding a small transition period or buffer. Being able to breathe between tasks is so key. Wishing you the best!
This was very helpful, thank you so much!! Right now, the evening is challenging. My husband and I both work outside our home and we have three busy kids (13, 9 and 2) at very different stages. I definitely crash in the evening so I am working to develop routines to ensure we get the things we need to done, but can also relax and enjoy some family time.
So glad it was helpful and that age range sounds like business!!
I struggle most after work. I'm super tired after work, picking up my boys and making dinner.
What time are you getting up?
@DiakaMelendez 5amish
I say I am not a morning person but however I do motivate myself every MWF with by paying for a HIIT training class that’s not included in my gym membership and holding myself accountable by going at 5am. I’ve been doing it for over 5 years now which helps me stay motivated but I think if I didn’t have the class, I definitely don’t think I would be getting up at 4:15-4:30a for a gym workout. Great video! 🩷💚
@@alesawillis6 It’s amazing how our dollars can motivate us lol 😂
I absolutely love the concept of connecting my routines! Your 5-9 routine had so many great reminders tips. Still trying to get consistent with 15 min reading and choosing clothes for next day as soon as I get home.
It’s the little things that add up! Thank you for watching!
I love the idea of transitions, and I will be using this!
Thank you!
Great video. Thank you for giving me food for thought. I need to create a transition from one activity to another. Have a great week.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Evenings are tough. Need to energize when I return from work. Something fun and creative.
Love this!
My toughest routine is exercise.
Are you an AM or PM exerciser?
Same
🎉 love celebrating a quick win!! So powerful!
Starts momentum!
Thank you 🙏 this was full of good ideas, especially the phone and “quick wins” ideas for morning. I really need a better routine and need them to connect.
glad it was helpful thank you for watching!
You are fabulous, and your content has been so helpful! Keep up the great work!🌟✨️
Thank you so much!!
My morning routine is my worst. I’m trying to get up and walk on my treadmill and get in one mile walk done. 😂
You got this! What is stopping you??
I definitely lose time between 3:30 and 5:30 during the week. I guess I should start using some of time as my transition time.
What is your peak time?
@ I’m most productive between 8am-2pm.
Hi Diaka, I found you about before Christmas and been binging since then! Thanks for the lovely content!❤
I have a curve ball for you though, I work in the health sector and am at the hospital at the moment with different shifts..I haven't yet heard you speak on that. In case you have a wise word for those of us, what tips do you have to help us stay consistent in routines and habits. It's a struggle 😅 thanks in advance!
Great question! Are your shifts unpredictable or a schedule?
@DiakaMelendez the shifts are planned about 1-2 months in advance, but different hours long. Sometimes 5 hours, sometimes 13 hours sometimes 25 hours (I know!!)
I feel like my mornings are good! I also feel like my schedules at work aren’t bad. Even though I struggle to actually pull away to take lunches. My evening routine needs work. I doom scroll after dinner and I know there’s time to do much more than what I’m doing. I feel a little guilty about that time though. Not spending it with my husband and kids. What do your evenings look like?
I have a video on being productive after work that is on my channel it is a good peak into my current routine.
Thank you for making this video. I am personally struggling with finding time to workout now that I recently went back to work and I have to be in the office at 7am and pick my kids up right after work. I prefer to workout in the morning not evening after my kids go down at 8pm. Do you have any suggestions? Also I am looking for some delicious healthy breakfast and lunch options during this winter season. I like warm foods when it’s cold out. Any suggestions there as well?
I have two morning routine videos on my channel those may be helpful. Also I will be having a healthy habit routine video coming soon. My go to breakfast is a smoothie, sometimes a whole grain english muffin and sometimes a sweet potato with coconut oil, almonds and cinnamon! Thank you for watching!
Hi! Are you wearing an Oura ring? It was mentioned in another video I watched earlier today and still doing my reasearch😊 if you are, what are your thoughts on it? Thanks!
Yes it is. I love mine because I use it to measure sleep. Any time I was getting g sick it also gave me a heads up. One thing I will say is that the stats are the stats so if you’re one of those people that’s paranoid it may not be the best purchase, but it does put real life data in your face and help you drive your decision-making.
@ yes same I’m all about having data to assist in working towards my goals. Thanks appreciate it!!
Mine is before bed routine. I have every intention to stay off my phone but that doesn’t happen
Yes it’s my hardest transition of the day! I even have a phone jail case lol!
Maybe that’s what I need also 😂
@@DiakaMelendez ha! not phone jail 😂
Afternoon slump….😅
Same!! I try not to meet between noon and two…
My am routine: I wake at 3 am in order to be out of the house at 5 am. I tead my Bible, drink coffee and journal. When I am showering I listen to a motivational podcast. Then help the kifs get dressed.
3am!! What time do you go to bed?
