🕯️ I meal prep breakfast/lunch/dinner for the whole week. Less decision fatigue, more time and money in my pocket daily. Only takes an hour on a Sunday. Recommended.
🕯 Thanks a lot sis I'm a 14 year old and me and all my friends either just lie down in bed the whole evening or watch netflix or tv but after watching your video I was inspired to do something worthier so I thought I should just write this comment to appreciate you 😊 And by the way you're so beautiful ❤
The thing is we tend to spend a lot of time on travelling. For me it takes around 2 hrs to reach home. So im already exhausted by the time I reach home
You can do three things: First, think about all the stuff you could do while you commute: In the car that could be phoning friends and familiy, audiobooks, podcasts. In public transport it would be anything you could do with your phone. Second: Go to bed early and get up early. Then you are shifting your free time from evenings to the mornings, when you still have energy. Third: Use a portion of your weekend to set up as much as you can for the week, laying out outfits, prep food, make a schedule for the week etc.
I quit Instagram and feel more powerful.I was wasting my time scrolling into others life. I just wanted to post my face but it was impossible to not see other's too.I will start exercise
The video conveys such an important message. A good friend told me the other day that we always tell everyone that we don't have time. In reality, we have several hours at least 3 evenings a week. We could read, do sports, be creative. But we don't. We watch TV and scroll through Insta and co. Been there too...
Thank you🕯I struggle a lot with this. I might watch your video this evening again to get reminded to spend my time with something better than social media
Since watching this video a few weeks a go, taking time to redefine rest has been life-changing for me, thank you! It has helped me make better choices at least some of the time :)
I'm about to start a fulltime job after uni and I'm trying to watch videos like this to get me ready and set up and to end up feeling good abut it too hahah thank you for the tips!🕯
Thank you for this. I’m pregnant with my 3rd baby and have been on my phone a lot in the evenings after my kids are in bed. It’s true-it’s not restful!
🕯️ Thank you for this video; I definitely lose time after work. I get out at 4pm and before I know it, it's nearly bedtime and I haven't even had dinner or taken care of the household chores or gotten a bit of exercise or reading. I think having a more structured evening routine would ve helpful for fitting in all of the things I want and need to do w/o having to push a week's worth of chores and errands to my days off when I should be enjoying myself with in person socializing.
🕯🕯🕯🕯🕯🕯🕯 I just finished watching this video for the third time and I realized that I need to start all of these habits. The most terrifying thing is that I have no bigger goals in my life... that's no good. Thank you Veronika for helping me in my personal growth beyond practicing my English listening. Until the next video!
🕯️Thank you for this video. I'm grieving my father's death and am anxious about returning to work after 6 weeks off, so I will try at least one of these. It's been so hard. It's like I'm trying to learn how to live again, starting from scratch and I just want to feel like a person and not a zombie 😭 I'm so tired.
Well said Veronika 💯 I wish you more audience because your content needs to reach many people. Your videos always make me feel so good to start implementing the points you mention to make ourselves better. Keep inspiring ❤
Amazing content in this video! I rarely suggest anything in comments, but the book women’s magic truths on borlest is a game-changer. It provides deep knowledge on wealth and self-care that can really make a difference. Take care, everyone
🕯️ When you mentioned digital declutter, I thought you were going to mention going through all your saved screenshots and posts that you were going to look at later but never did … sometimes that is relieving for me too!!
🕯️thanks so much for this! I’m doing well with the social connection and movement bit 2 times a week when I go to practice for a team sport, but the other days, I am a phone slug and then wonder why I feel awful! I’m going to try putting my phone in another room and creating a ritual of candle, tea, stretching, and reading:) going to give this a try for a week and then update this comment! Keep me accountable, internet!
Even though I've heard some of those tips before, it was nice to confront them once again and decide which I want to try to implement in my evening routine. I'll definitely try writing more often (hopefully make it an everyday task soon) and practice digital detox hours for the start. And then we will see what comes next 😅 Great video! I'll come back for more tips on keeping myself organized 🕯
I retired at 52 and honestly, I wish I’d done it sooner. The 9-to-5 grind always steals your freedom for a paycheck that barely scratches the surface. My advice? If you’re in your late 30s or early 40s, start saving for FIRE now - Financial Independence, Retire Early. And if you’re in your 50s, invest smartly and break free from relying on your job. Market trends, like the Trump Effect, have made millions for many, including me. Stay focused, stay consistent, and remember: financial freedom is within reach if you make it a priority.
Working with Lorrie Greta Hillard , a financial advisor, was a game changer. She helped me refine my savings strategy, including retirement planning, and provided expert guidance on investments and budgeting to maximize my savings.
Wow, did you that you're the most astuteness teacher and you're always sharing influential or positive videos which is effectively for those who really wanna to learn English in a very near future ,❤ at eventually thanks once again 🥰🥰
Tips for someone with ADHD with kids, working and taking care of an elderly family member at home? I barely sleep and every time I feel I'm doing things on time... something happens 😮💨
Only watched this for a few minutes, it’s just not possible for many of us to have time to unwind and relax; as many women do I work full time, I take care of my elderly parents after work and on the weekends, also my husband is not helpful and demands what few minutes I might have left😮this girl has great ideas but she probably doesn’t have a husband/kids/elderly parents, etc. gotta go now the fam is yelling for me😏😵🥱😑🫨

How come it only takes you an hour to prep food for 5 days 👀 it takes me as much just to cook one meal for myself. What foods you making?

You’re 14….Enjoy being a kid and just bumming it. You’re not gonna have any free time when you’re an adult anyway.

Exactly My point! The 9 to 5 grind is just not worth it the stress and low payoff. What specific steps did you take to break free?
