Agreed, I stopped watching Doug Marano or wut ever his name is because it's 15-20min of long drawn out filler. This gives a look down of the car quick and efficiently well highlighting the best features. All in a min or 2. 😊
I love mine and its hard to describe how much better it is than the avg mid size suv segment as far as quality goes. I would say its super close to the germans without the price tag.
@@DanTheMan_75that's the CX9 this is a CX-90 it's larger than the previous one with a larger engine the CX9 came with a 2.5 I4 turbo, this has their new 3.3 I6 turbo. The drivetrain is completely different the CX9 was transverse this is longitudinal so the majority of the power drives the rear wheels. Underneath this is a drastically different vehicle. The styling is very close to that of the second Gen CX9 but Mazda is more reserved to their styling and appearance and keeps a form that's present throughout all their models. This is now a contender against other like the Volvo XC90 and Kia Telluride.

Exactly what i was thinking. I fucking love that Mazda still uses physical buttons and lights for all the main functions. Nobody likes swiping through menus in a touch screen while driving just to turn on the heated seats.

@@dc2k453Lol Toyota can't even get a good looking display inside, the base 8" touchscreen in many of their cars have such massive bezels especially because they removed the physical buttons on the sides... the 10.5" in the New Rav4 is nice but still has the big side bezels. but the 12" and 14" units in their new gen cars are beautiful... But at least all their cars have a dedicated instrument cluster (anadigi mix or fully digi) unlike Teslas and some other EVs
HIGHLY AGREE. My mother-in-law has a Mazda 3. Got into a pretty bad wreck with it (got sandwiched by two 18-wheelers) and all major issues were cosmetic. Engine, gearbox, and electronics had no issues whatsoever and she STILL drives it. It’s a 2017 model I believe.
We got a Mazda CX5 for my teenager son and it surprises me! My son loves it! I’ve had never put a foot inside one until we bought this. I’ve been driving German brand for almost 2 decades and I could say: Mazda deserves to be recognized!

Mazda has been killing it. One of the few reviews on this channel where I actually got to drive the car. Not the biggest truck guy but I love this truck, especially for its price. I hope they do another Mazda6 as well, but so far only the 3 has been updated (I think).
Literally not beating out anyone, useless 3rd row. Not much tech for the money you’re paying. Touchscreen only on CarPlay mode. Super horizontal entertainment screen that’s glued on the dash.
I’ve driven one last weekend. I drove others and the Mazda is sticking out in my mind. It’s not a forgettable car. I am almost finished with a Mazda CX-5 lease. I’ve decided I’ll purchase it for $20k instead of turning it in. It has only 16k miles and I still really like it! Mazda is terrific. Underrated small company with models built well in Japan, not all of them but 2 or 3 still.
They’re very nice! I used to work for a Mazda dealership before I reviewed cars. Hardly ever had people come in for issues, very reliable cars and it’s a shame more people don’t highlight that.

Any such animal is going to have enormous dimensions, and the CX-90 is already the largest Mazda ever made. 3rd rows in pretty much anything are either for short rides or very short people..no getting around that without either making the thing as long as a stretch limo or cutting cargo space (with all seats up) to near useless levels.
I've been in the CX-60 (basically the same thing just without the 3rd row) i was blown away at the amazing amenities and design, also a Inline-6 with the 48v MHEV, I really like it!

Just picked up a 2023 CX-30 Premium Plus for a new daily driver and couldn’t be happier to be back in a Mazda. I like the styling, the interior fit/finish, and the AWD with the 2.5 turbo is a blast to drive.

Luxurious yes. Luxury car nope. What makes most German luxury cars is the super quiet cabin and the smooth suspension. Mazda isn’t in the same league. But the Mazda is cheaper and more reliable which counts more to most people. Love Mazdas

I’ve had 5 of them because I trade every 2-3 years. I love them: never a problem. Efficient, No CVT, a little soul to it, reasonably fun with great steering, built well, refined. I sold them for 5 years too. Mazda keeps getting better and better; small company compared to Honda, Nissan and Toyota.
Mazda has been absolutely killing it with every car since the updated lineups in 2020. My girl's 2021 Mazda-3 2.5s has hit 70k miles with not one single issue, and it drives smooth as hell like it did on day 1. The interior is mostly that soft leather and it always feels flawlessly designed. My mom's CX50 Meridian Edition runs like a beast and feels so premium inside too.
My partner got the 2018 Mazda CX9 and it is currently one of my favorite vehicles. Can seem a bit dated but it is everything I love about Mazda. This only makes me want the cx90 and I don’t even need all that space.
We had one for a rental car last month. Great car for sure the interior was really nice. My only gripe is the infotainment was really out dated and not easy to use at all. The heads up display was not needed. Really didn’t get much out of it. But overall a great vehicle.

Do it. Mazda literally hits all the boxes - they're extremely reliable, very safe, fun to drive, affordable, and look great.
The main beef that I have with Mazdas is that interior space is too tight like the car in this video you can see how tight the 3rd row looks 😅.
