Thank you, yes, I do believe it saved about 20 grand. I was conservative in my video and said something less, but the roofer would have had a field day with my roof the way it was and turned it into $$$
No leaks, I have not been up there in a while, probably won't be going up very soon because I rented the place and have a service cleaning off the roof and gutters now. Next time I get up there I'll take some video of how it looks.
@@febianvelez8108 Its an excellent product and I have a good feeling about it. I wouldn't say the blue was so thick as it was sticky. I thought it was perfect.
