You, sir, are a strange one
Really? Narrow is the way that leads to life and few there are that find it.
Are they looking for investors?
They are looking for donations at this point primarily, but I have had conversations with him about investors and he is very open to it. He was burned in the past tho so it would have to be outlined well and he would have to trust the person.

Isn’t the whole point so you can’t see the stitch? It will look off, especially if you had to fold a lot of length. Or what if the pants aren’t straight, like if they narrow towards the bottom?
I think if you’re going to use the sewing machine, might as well cut the extra length and re-hem the edge
No, not at all for me. The whole point is to shorten my pants to the length that I like. I like that the stitch shows. Looks good to me.
@@Versatire Not for me. I like keeping the original, saving a step of cutting, and less chance of fraying in the future. And if for some reason I decide the length is not right, I can redo it longer. And I like the bulk it provides to the hem, sturdier, and solid around my ankle or shoe, instead of lighter and flopping around. Especially when riding the motorbike or bicycle, but just walking too.
This randomly came across my screen, but I really live the information. I have a sewing machine I haven't even used yet because I'm afraid of messing up, but I need to learn!
It's not random, google knows you have it and that you haven't used it. Get on it!
You need to adjust the tension on your machine. It isn't stitching evenly. It looks like morse code.
OK well it's my wife's machine, and I told her that. But the stitching is totally fine by me how it is. Looks great to me.
Your pressure foot has a lock for bulky seams so you don't have to pull. Pulling leads to tension changes and skipped stiches.
@@anitabissinger7423 I don’t know what that means. I don’t know of any Lock.
The lamb chops were so off we gave them to the dogs and cats. And the ground beef was rather tasteless. I don't think I'll ever shop at Aldi again.
Thanks!
My pleasure!
Later I figured out that if you take off that front part of this machine, the pant leg flows much nicer and doesn't get stuck.
Literally a staple I never searched because seasoned clothiers move too fast. Thank you for this!!

I have same issue
Does the abs still work, in other words, if you are in gravel or snow, and slam the brakes, do the wheels pump the brakes automatically?
@ actually, I changed the front left axle and now the Abs sign turned on. Will what you did in the video work or do I need to change the abs sensor?
@@sarfrazhussain6169 I ended up having my mechanic look at it, and he couldn't clear the abs light either. Then we tried replacing the control module with one off ebay and that didn't work, so I fixed it by covering the light with a circle of black gorilla tape and I haven't had the problem since! ABS works fine in snow and gravel.
@@sarfrazhussain6169 Sounds like you may have damaged the ABS sensor on that side you worked on, so why not try replacing it? My mechanic never tried replacing sensors. I guess because if the ABS works, meaning, in gravel, with hard braking, the car automatically pumps the brakes, then why invest the money? In my case, could end up replacing 4 sensors and still no fix, because we don't know which one it is. In your case, it sounds like you may know which one. But it could be the wiring that got damaged, not the sensor. And if that's true, then you could replace the sensor and it still wouldn't be fixed. That's basically what my mechanic said, that I could spend hundreds figuring it out, or I could remove the instrument cluster (10 minutes following youtube video), and cover the light with some black tape). That's what I did, and my ABS still works fine till this day.
I am prepping for a major suspension overhaul and will have the wheels off many times in the next month. So I'm going to try to further diagnose and fix this ABS issue. I will be posting on the 2nd Gen CRV forum about it. Follow it there. Here is an old post from when I had this issue that offers some suggestions. www.crvownersclub.com/threads/2006-crv-abs-issue-please-help.216495/

Good promote raw milk
The wings were delicious. They were crunchy like you get when you fry something in tallow and I eat all the crunchy bits off the end of the wings. Everything I could chew off and it was just delicious. I got the 15 pack and it was just right by the end one I was totally full. I did not taste anything artificial or any kind of spice at all so very clean strict carnivore worthy. I would drive a half an hour just to get those wings maybe with Mary it would be fun.

I rather change a water pump every 250k miles than change a transmission on a chevy “truck” every 50k miles budddd
@ hey no need to be so salty, the point of my comment is that on a chevy 4.3 like i have the water pump is right on the front and very easy to change without jacks. also, my 4l60e has 150,000 miles still no issues on a truck from 2003.

Very good. ❤
Also about half way thru the video you can see the power steering line bracket has been removed so that you can move that line back and forth to get it out of the way of wrenches, which is key.
What is a VTC ?
I don't know but it is one of the four most common oil leaks in the CRV.
The VTC filter gasket is a filter assembly for the VTC system. Replacing this part can fix the P2646 code, which is often caused by a lack of oil in the VTC solenoid. A clogged filter can also lead to a loss of oil pressure and prevent the engine from entering VTEC. If you are experiencing the P2646 code or performing a refresh on your engine, we recommend changing the VTC filter and gasket.
VTEC is a type of variable valve-timing system developed and used by Honda. It stands for Variable Valve Timing & Lift Electronic Control. Like most other variable-valve timing systems, VTEC varies oil pressure to shift between different cam profiles. At higher engine speeds, the cam profile allows greater valve lift, which allows more air into the cylinder. This helps generate more horsepower. Since its introduction in the late 1980s, VTEC has been used in many of Honda's best performance cars including the NSX, Integra Type R, S2000, and Civic Type R.
@ thank you. That was very informative and interesting
@ my pleasure
Is it wise to reuse it? Gasket wise.
I would not reuse it. It is only $10 or 11 from Honda so if you open it and clean it, it makes no sense to reuse an old one.
Congrats. How'd ya know it needed replacement? Job total time?
Thanks. It is one of 4 of the most common oil leaks in the CRV. I don't think mine was leaking, there was old oil but I don't think there was fresh oil. The old oil may have been from the valve cover gasket leaking, which was replaced this year. I've gotten 2 other common leak points replaced already. I have one more (front crank seal). The crank bolt is not budging. I'm spraying PBR penetrating oil on it and hitting it with the impact gun and then spraying again and waiting. It may take into tomorrow. I also tried a torch. Here is the whole thread of my oil consumption story on the CRV forum where those guys are helping me: www.crvownersclub.com/threads/06-240k-miles-oil-usage.244142/#replies
These jobs at the mechanic would probably be a thousand dollars or more, because it takes a couple few hours and they don't like that. My last mechanic didn't even do some jobs in here that I asked to be done. Oh, I was doing multiple things other than this and it took me all afternoon, from 1-5 or so, I was taking my time, and taking videos, on the DIY forum, back and forth. Plus I did a lot of research and watched videos of how to do it, which took hours, but I enjoy researching, solving problems, and working on cars, and the satisfaction of doing it right. The mechanics don't even clean up the old oil so you can't even tell if you have a new leak....and other stuff they don't do. If you want something done do it yourself.

Also a natural sparkling mineral water with raw honey and lemon or lime juice will help with nausea. Also find it helpful when having super fatty meals, so my liver doesn’t have to break down the fats as much which creates nausea for me sometimes.
Thank you. I am avoiding all carbs, plants, and sugars for a while as an elimination, and to starve off the harmful bacteria that feeds on it, and to cleanse from the plant toxins.
Eat raw unsalted cheese it’ll take away the nausea. It binds to toxins and will pull it out the bowels. When Raw cheese is unsalted, it’s indigestible in the human digestive system, but works like a sponge for toxins through the digestive tract.
I’m in the same boat and only just started like a week ago. When I did carnivore last year I would get swollen lymph nodes every month or two for like a few days, which had Never happened to me before. Obviously signs of good detox. The diet is definitely a powerful healing modality
Thanks, it's nice to hear from someone in the same boat. Yes, it seems very powerful, the cleansing. And the diarrhea smells really bad and my gut has pains in it from the toxins in there moving thru. I am very grateful it is coming out but it is really unpleasant at the moment. I transitioned to mostly, but not all carnivore Sept 1, and 3 weeks later had a flushing. Then strict carnivore Oct 1 and 3 weeks later this happened. I just watched a woman that said at the 3 week mark, all this harmful bacteria that feeds off of carbs dies off, and before that you get cravings. And I've had strong cravings for carbs the last few days. But there is no way I'm eating them. Onward and upward!
Puss left it and otto chomped it down
Hands down most disgusting food channel I've ever ran across. Who eats like this? 😂 Nothing looks appealing and not even good for you especially the 3 salmonella bombs
Also, when it is cold outside, my joints ache. This makes me wear more cloths/jackets than other people. Part of it is the joints, part of it is no fat on the body, part of it is having had a lower fat diet. I notice already that the higher fat diet helps keep me warmer. I expect that all of the joint issues will go away on carnivore and I will be happier to go out in the cold, which is nice. I love the cold weather and the crispness of it. I've already noticed over the past few years that this has improved greatly by eating more animal foods and animal fat. Excited about going all in.
Also pre-carnivore I had a lack of focus sometimes, like in a boring work meeting, losing focus, missing something that was said, or outright dosing off. This has already decreased a whole lot. And I'm much more engaged at work and more energy and happier.
Are you doing raw meat again?
I am focusing on strict carnivore, probably headed to lion diet for the elimination aspect and then adding other animal products back to see how I do with them. I'm done with plants, carbs, sweets, and milk/dairy. I eat meat seared quickly so it is warmer, but it is raw in the middle. I eat raw egg yolks and raw unsalted butter off a spoon, both those things usually with most meals.
Would you say youve felt better on cooked carnivore vs raw Primal? I did cooked meat, salt and coconut oil for months and felt great.
I don't think I did either one long enough to say, and back when I did raw primal for a couple of weeks or whatever it was, I was not as healthy as now, so hard to tell. But I can say that for me, what I'm doing now feels more sustainable. I like warm meat seared and raw in the middle, and it's easier because I don't have to get it out 5 hours ahead of time. So I like the raw aspect of raw egg yolks and raw unsalted butter, but with the meat, seared is good for me. I'm always open to changes and something new.
Also I was doing lots of raw milk then and feel much better without it, mostly because of the sugar/carb aspect but probably also because of the dairy. I think I'm going to end up eliminating all dairy for at least a while and probably end up eating very little later. I think I'm going to feel best on meat and egg yolks and probably raw unsalted butter, but I'll probably cut that out for a while to see. Oh, also years ago when I did raw primal strict I had constipation and gall bladder issues so bad it didn't work well, and now I'm on a high quality vitamin c with bioflavonoids and that seems to help, not constipated at all, and the gallbladder and liver seem to be healing slowly. I heard that happens with carnivore. I think the plants clog up the liver and gallbladder.
@@bradleydavidgood interesting. Yea I was never satiated from raw meat. Cooked seems to work best for me too
@@billjim334 Yea that's a good way to say it. I have to agree. Although I've been thinking lately about eating some raw meat. So it's not out of the question for me sometime in the future, or occasionally. I also was thinking that if I'm away from the house and get too hungry I can stop at any grocery store and get a pound of ground beef and just eat it raw. Which is important to me because I don't want any spices. And it is valuable to not be afraid to eat raw meat when you need to or want to. I am grateful for that aspect of the raw primal thing.
