You have 4 jacking points as standard, the recesses where you can lift your car. Here you can place an axle support, but of course not if the jack is already there. You can also place them under the axles (at the corners, not in the middle) and under the arms. Incidentally, changing wheels is a bit exaggerated, the jack is fine with that. To be on the safe side, I always put a wheel under the sill if the jack fails. For larger work, it is of course very wise to use axle supports.
