I just did this in the gym and felt SO POWERFUL! I’m new to going to the gym so normally feel nervous and self conscious, but it was so empowering to lift heavy weights surrounded by guys and not feel intimidated as I had my trainer Maddie guiding me. Thank you thank you, I loved it! ☺️

I loved this format of "burning out" one set of muscles rather than rotating between a few sets. I like the set rotations, too, but this one is extra "good"!
I really appreciate how the exercises are broken out in the video sections. It gave me an idea of what weights to use on my first time through. I LOVED this workout!!

Maddie, I wanted to thank you so much for the details explanation on how to do a proper dead lift and lunge. Especially on the deadlifts, I have always hurt my lower back even though I hold a tight core. Your training techniques are excellent on the deadlift. Just wanted to say THANK YOU!! ❤❤❤

I've been using your upper body dumbbell 20 min workouts for sometime now and I've been looking for a lower body workout to compliment it on alternating days. I think I found it. I probably will need to make some modifications - no weight on the lunges and ground for the hip thrusts.

i am so glad i came across this video. i did the other 20 min weighted booty workout after months of not hitting the gym and i couldn’t finish it. i appreciate how this workout incorporates similar movements but at a slower and more repetitive pace! this helps to build my strength again.. THANK YOU

Lets me pick a different "full body" workout every day or something like this where i really wanted to work my legs and butt. I am on lighter weights so like when you recommend going up in weight, im not yet so i can get my form right and not injure myself. So i kept doing a few more reps when you started a 30 second rest (so more of a 40-45 second exercise, 15-20 second rest), which worked well for me. Thanks for your simple instructions. You are very easy to follow.

I enjoyed this workout a lot! In the beginning for more intensity I would pause at the bottom for the squats and the lunges too but I also did it so time would pass faster😅lmao anyways it was overall a good workout and the hip thrusts really made my muscles work harder I will be doing more of them! Thank you Maddie for your well structured workouts! ❤
No it’s not… I have been too so I try to focus the weight in my glutes and legs. I try to focus on bending into my hips as I send my glutes back and engaging my core while sliding the weights down my legs! I was experiencing tension and you shouldn’t feel it there, it should be on the glutes and hamstrings! Hope this helps!(:

A great workout with weights, a 30-second break between sets is optimal. You need a little more rest to recover because of the weights

I think both are great! I would break them up though, especially if you are lifting heavy!
