I’m so envious of your new fiber connection. That sounds fantastic. It’s only a dream for me. Since I live in a rural area, Fallbrook, California, the fiber from ATT ends about a mile from my home so I just have a copper wire Internet connection. My speeds are somewhere around 25 - 35 Mbps down and rarely much above 5 up. There’s no way that ATT is going to expand their fiber network in our area. As a result I just decided to order Starlink to give me better speeds.
I didn't think it'd ever happen! The install was surprisingly painless- a guy came out the day before to run some lines from the street, which we didn't even need to be here for and then the actual installation took about an hour.
Your speeds sound a lot like what ours were before (even though we were paying for much faster ones...).
@@tombuck That’s the best speeds that ATT can deliver to us. Even if fiber was along our street we’re about 150 yards off the street. We can’t even get Spectrum, which does run along our street, to run wires to our house. One of the problems of living in a beautiful rural area on over an acre of land.
I left Spectrum for AT&T paying half price for the previous price and the Upload Speed matches the Download Speed. Cheers!
Yep, we left Spectrum for Frontier. They never even came close to delivering the advertised speeds 🤨

For the Yolobox Ultra 4k iso recordings:
1-What codec are they recorded in? 8bit or 10bit colour?
2-Does it depend on 1080p vs 4k... OR H264 vs H265 OR storage type (ssd vs sd card)?
3-I'm assuming either would be 420 and not 422.
4- Is the HDMI-out also a 10-bit feed at max resolution & framerate?
5-what’s the max recording bitrate for the highest resolution & framerate.
6- Can you have a 1080p stream/output/recording, WHILE doing 1080p punch in&out from any of the 4k inputs (with no loss in output resolution)?

Have you used the DJI Osmo Pocket 3? If so, what do you think about it? I watched a bunch of videos of people talking about using it as their main talking head camera. I am looking for a camera for on the street interviews under $1000. Thoughts? Thank you.
I haven't used it but I'm so curious! It's so popular and everyone genuinely seems to love it. Looks a super fun and useful camera.
