I'm not sure what channel this is but it come to my way as a chef. first you don't need to use this amount of oil since corned beef is basically have a lot of fat. second, you don't need to use the whole can of corned beef.. you must be American to do this but 1/4 of the can will give you the same or better result for that amount of eggs. Thanks anyway. oh third , make sure to toast or caramelize onions before adding anything , anything!
I don’t want to offend any of you guys here but I’d say corned beef is dog food too… actually I wouldn’t even give it to my dog either. Better use ground beef if you can !! (Might be hard to substitute that in some areas…)
