canned corned beef is salty!---I generally don't add additional salt to dishes where I'm using corned beef--but that being said, I do use worcestershire in many corned beef dishes I prepare, so that's more salt...but even adding zero salt, it's still a lot just in the canned meat. I enjoy my meat and potato breakfasts, but they're not my regular meals anymore, maybe once a week...more often than not I'm eating more heart healthy fare for breakfast, because my body doesn't put up with my shenanigans like it used to

I make mine in a similar fashion right up until the Worcester sauce. I've never tried that but I will. I don't do the egg either because this is a dinner dish not breakfast. Anyway, I add a green pepper to mine and sautée it with the onions, and you're right, use a huge onion it's even better that way.
I always eat eggs for dinner.
Another good meal with cornbeef is brown bread sandwich with thin sliced red onion and brown sauce yummy.
This recipe has elevated you to my favorite UA-cam chef! I put lots of ketchup on my corned beef hash...can't wait to try the Worcestershire!
I like to use left over baked potato or steamed red potato. They brown quick and are mmmm good. I also use a little mustard on the side with the hash. Of course, fried or poached eggs. Thanks for the recipe chef. You cook like I do!
Loved it! I’m getting accustomed to your cooking 🧑🍳 Chef Buck. I have subscribed to your channel . Keep them simple and delicious! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Looks very good! I'll be making this tomorrow morning! Thank you 4 sharing!😊
This guy is for real, bro, straight up epic recipes, no BS
I remember vaguely canned corned beef from childhood and I've never touched it since. I'm not even sure where I'd find it in the grocery aisles... maybe with the canned tuna and such. But you sure made everything today look so tasty. Thanks Chef. Happy 2021 and good eating.
yep...it's over in the tinned meat section with the tuna, salmon, spam, etc.....I buy plain canned Corned Beef and make this hash at home, but they also sell pre-made canned Corned Beef Hash with the potatoes already in the can as well, and that stuff is pretty awful
Try the Gordon Foods brand of corned beef hash, comes in a 32 oz.can. it's pretty darn good, not like the overly salty, gushy type you'll find in the supermarket. I do like the idea of Worchester sauce, trying a dab of that next time😋

thanks a lot!
As yummy as yummy gets . Thanks CB you’re the best.
thanks as always!
@@ChefBuckRecipes any interest in showing your fans the CB version of meatloaf ? I’d be willing to wager big $ that your meatloaf sandwich is best in the world .
I loved meatloaf sandwiches when I was a kid--my mom made the best meatloaf--and my versions never measured up...my mom made tons of meatloaf when I was a kid, but she never makes it any more...I've asked her to, but she hasn't as yet, and I bet it's been 20 years since she last did. I used to make meatloaf explicitly for sandwiches, but I could never capture that same appreciation I had when I was a kid
@@ChefBuckRecipes America needs another episode of mama Redbuck
Chef Buck, you sure are one helluva breakfast maker. I love corned beef, but only ever had it over a bed of hot buttery rice. Your recipe has brought a whole new view. I tried it out with my buddies on a camping trip and you got our unanimous vote as the best " camp cook". We have yet though to get the toasting of the slices right because we burned it too much once and too little the other (: Still tasted great though.x
That looks really good. Watching this at night and now I'm hungry.
My granddad used to call it "wish it was your sister sauce." He loved his cornbeef.
In the Philippines most evweryone calls it "Wooster sauce"
@@johnbodden1641 So do people in England, where it comes from. Only Americans over-pronounce it lol
I love Corned Beef Hash too and My Grandfather did too! He was in His 70s and I remember Him eating a Big Plate loving it! I got My taste for it from Him I guess. He liked to eat it fryed really brown. He would cook Hot Dogs on an open BBQ Fire too until they were almost black!
This is my favorite breakfast when dining out.
Wonderful recipe you have here.
Bravo! Thank you.
I had never had canned corned beef before. Your recipe looked so good that I decided to try it and I was not disappointed! It was very yummy! Thanks so much for sharing all of these recipes! 😄
What's this here sauce
Time to smell the roses I guess live dangerously dear lady.
Looks super yummy! Enjoy!
Looks great! Seems like I saw you make this once before... gonna try it. Have to add, the way you pronounce “onion” has me convinced you’ve spent time in Louisiana! Slips out every now and then. 😁 Fun video!
My pronunciation of onion has gotten better over the years...I haven't lived in Louisiana for 20 years now, so I think I've shed a lot of that region from my tongue, but maybe I'll get it back one day.
Hey pronounce onion just like the late Justin Wilson…
@chef buck I have a bunch of Corn Beef hash and hungry. You just taught me how to cook it reasonably!!
I'm making this for breakfast tomorrow. Thx
How'd it turn out?
Turned out great,. Made the whole can and shared with a neighbor. Thank you.
Yummy. I love me some fried patata, oungyun and corned beef. Fried patatas and hock dogs with some oungyun is also delish.
Oh my goodness! That looks great...ok I'm ready to make some right now🙂

I loved corn beef hash as a child.
Love it, Chef Buck! Canned meat has always been a bit of an anomaly to me, but this looks fantastic!

Excellent easy peasy video. Thank you!!

Your dad rocks.
That can is so satisfying. I've never tried canned corned beef. Only can corned beef and hash. Which I imagine is corned beef with potatoes?
That looks great - I love corned beef hash. Must try it with the caraway seeds. PS - I take the paper off the can before using the key, it turns a lot easier.
Thanks, l didn’t know that!
1st video I watched I'm hooked on thus channel. Great sense of humor!
