I think the release muscle that they refer to is the vagus nerve, which can be triggered by deep meditation, chanting, gagging with listerine in the morning, singing in the shower, etc. Their content is great and inspiring. Thank you guys.

Every new content is filled with different nuances to gain from, and even the ones they repeat sometimes they serve as a reminder, sometimes its stuff i know but forgetten through time, somtimes its stuff theyve said before but im in a different paradigm and it clicks, sometimes they say it differently and it clicks

I was always looking at the fruits my labor was bearing. That was the climb up the mountain Owen (this is referencing to the last few minutes about being on another level). I had learned that the fruits or olives must be crushed to get the oil, or in other cases the juices. This taught me the value of the valley.

Just contemplating: If most people are stuck in having/doing they aren't going to resonate with you in a being mode anyway. So having is a lonely place, doing is a lonely place and being is a lonely place. Urggh. Like the day I was speaking to this man I had met 12 months previously at a wedding and in-between our absence he managed to paralysis himself from the hips down by diving into shallow water. 12 months later at the wedding anniversary; he’s in a wheelchair. I was chatting with him, I didn’t quite remember me so I explained how we met... As you know we met at (his sons) wedding, when we were enjoying the island holiday diving, swimming and relaxing by the pool.
