I love how owen touches on the idea of heaven and hell being in the present moment because if you really think about it, now is all that truly exists. So that whole religious idea is really just saying that you have a decision, within every moment, to choose how you are going to react or handle a situation.
Through those reactions and progressing through each "now" you either build up or build down to where your "nows" build onto themselves and creates your life.
I really do think that is what that concept in the Bible is trying to say, not necessarily that those two places are real. It's all allegorical because if all of us could see that fact from initially reading it, we would all be so uncontrollable and powerful, so perhaps this is thousands of years in the making! 😄

I believe one of the power powerful reasons some people consistently succeed and some consistently fail, is their values. Exercise thought at the end, " 5 things you can focus on to change your life" . I had to relisten over and over again to get it. Owen kind of hypnotised/distracted me by continuing to talk when I started to focus on the exercise, I'm like " what are the 5 things I can focus on .. ... Ugh what was I thinking?" Owen elaborates another idea. I'm such a goldfish, that's one thing I'd focus on. Don't be a goldfish, especially when looping on habitual trauma or habitual neg energy. Execution: 1center into present energy, 2 rev up positivity spiral/shift RAS, 3 take action or/and drop distractions, 4 periodically meditate and recalibrate stretch to rehab faster 5 share this positive/present energy at least once a day or find a system/method to explain it and have others rev up into the same energy like Mr. Cook

Mind Blown especially with the bible thing. For people who missed it, the ego likes feeling better than others and superior or different. One way to do that is to be "holy". The bible talks about being the least, the least identified with the ego but people didn't understand it and thus use it as a I believe/pray/have values and am different/better than you which misses the entire point.

When i was really at low level i was fixed on my problems and was thinking about getting out of that 24 x 7 ,but after i get out of that and heal myself and build self confident u can say i got from level 0 to level 3 and now i dont even remember what it felt like and u seem like ur at stage like level 100 BUT how can u explain in such clarity and detail of a low level person like how do u remember that

I was getting into Tolle late last year, but still realized you need some ego.. it is like grass or hair.. it has to be trimmed and kept tidy.. there a quote Wall Street 1987.. "Greed is good.. greed is what saved the country, company, etc." I wouldn't totally disagree with that quote... ambition is good.. now greed is where the ego is taking everything at all costs.. this is debatable.. but yes ambition is good.. everyone should have a very healthy dose of it and be selfish at tiimes to achieve goals/purpose and at times selfless for bettering others.

I like the video and I believe you are right, but I gotta say lots of people who are wannabe successful are not there, and they will impose on themselves to not talk crap about their aunt "because Owen said!" and sometimes "I don't like that negative energy!!! Energyyy!! Someone please send me light! That guy talked bad about his aunt for like, half an hooouuur! I study the verses in order to know what God is teaching. There’s tremendous wisdom there. One technique is to take a verse and look up the definitions for words you know. This will provide insight into what is being said vs how we interpret.
