I can't BELIEVE Pokemon Z is back from the dead. This is so cool. Very happy to see Legends front and center. Most of my collecting activity has been focused on Hisui so this is awesome
Thanks for the transparency on the new Pokémon App and them designing it to build an addiction to opening digital packs. I love Pokémon , but they pull every trick to get you more addicted.
I’m excited for the Pokemon Z-A announcement, but it threw me off because I was expecting them to release something related to Pokemon Black and White. I hope it is still coming.
I’m very excited for Pocket! It won’t replace physical cards but I think it’ll just add another fun way to collect. And the engaging artwork looks so cool!

Honestly with the hype behind NFTs, I’m surprised it took them this long. It can make them a lot of money, but I don’t think it will be the same. It will be cool if it was like NFTs, where you have to buy those packs kinda like going to the stores and stuff. Not sure if getting 2 free packs will hurt mitigate the value.
they just need to make the tcg fun on the app like hearthstone. having graphics on the moves would make the game so much more fun.

Bringing back Mega Evolution will be good, I think that was pokemon peak with mega evolution especially in the series
i hope you can scan code cards from actual packs and open them in this app as well. that would make it way better

Great content as always. I think it was naïve of me to think the new Pokémon pocket was going to be a way for people that don’t have the money to spend on opening packs all the time to still get some of that pokemon magic. On the sidenote, that other Pokémon game in 2025 sounds pretty exciting, considering we might get some more mega evolutions in the TCG. We see a lot of mega evolutions in Pokémon go.

Tcg live needs to be more reliable but, there is more than one way to skin a cat. The dynamics of the game is open to change. Twat being said, Jake is right, I just hope they don't try to kill the secondary markets

Buying physical Pokemon cards is arguably just as addicting as a digital platform.

I received 3 fake 151 boxes from Japan full of YuGiOh packs. They seem to be so easy to open and reseal without removing the tamper seal. It's the first time I've been scammed in 7+ years of buying from Japan 😑
Wait there replacing tcg live already? Btw i love tcg live. Definitely better on mobile then pc. I hope this isn't gonna over take tcg live, considering how generous they been with it.

I've NEVER had anything close to a 40-50 minute game on the TCG Live app LOL what are you even saying???? 20 minute matches TOPS LOL
I've had a 30 minutes game once.
I think Pocket will be the Duel Links of Pokemon or maybe even the Marvel Snap of Pokemon where matches are faster than usual

I feel Pokémon NTFs would be great if it was like DC HRO keep the physical cards BUT have a scannable code on the back of them to add to your digital wallet

@@symphonixblades lol it’s a DIGITAL CARD the difference between and NTF and a physical card is just that the physical card itself pokemon has its own trading system on the app as well as people them self will make a market as to what the cards are work this is basically an NTF if you look up what the difference is you will see the difference between and NTF and physical card it’s literally the PHYSICAL CARD ITSELF. Just trying to be informative and give my opinion.
TCG pocket with digital cards is no different from nfts, Mattel does this where you buy digital hot wheels but then you get a physical diecast car, I feel like they could’ve done something similar if they’re trying to make people spend money for this app. Such a waste of very awesome art works for the cards.
it's not NFTs dude, most card games make you buy packs (with in game or real currency) to get the cards it's not NFT is card packs (which is similar to gacha but with cards)
@@symphonixblades I wasn’t implying they are nfts I was just comparing what Mattel does and since they’ll most likely try to get people to use real currency for packs in game, it would be nice if they provided a physical copy if you pull said cards like the Pikachu or Ho-Oh.
