It seemed a mix to me. I remember when they first appeared on the show, the Breen seemed to have their voice effects mixed differently. Then at L'ak's funeral, it almost sounded like they were reusing audio files from DS9, and by the end of the season, the show was featuring a mix of both.
So.... You're telling me the Breen would just stand there watching this human woman attacking and killing Breen Leaders? What the actual F*ck?! This is utterly stupid.
Ruhn was becoming increasingly unpopular with soldiers in his faction. His main claim to power was through the Scion, his nephew L'ak, who was well-regarded, unlike his uncle. Between L'ak dying and Ruhn wasting troops needlessly, many Breen including the faithful soldier Arisar, started to lean towards Moll, L'ak's wife, who was critical of Ruhn. When Moll again spoke out against Ruhn's actions, he threatened her with his weapon. Arisar brandished his own at Ruhn, telling him to stand down. Having witnessed Ruhn's behaviour, Arisar and the other Breen were content to let him and Moll duke it out. Indeed, given that Ruhn himself instigated the incident, it could be argued that he was in part to blame for getting himself killed.

This was a total slap in the face to the Breen
No it wasn’t.
At least they kept the Breen vocoder sounds intact.

So....let's make them Green Sith and Shin Hati.
Daft Punk in space.
So… the Bremen are the Borg 2.0?
So The Breen turn out to be "...just another generic Star Trek baddie alien race...". How disappointing.
Amen, Sister. 😒
Here is another thumbs up for your comment. 👍
STD doesn't matter. Just ignore it. Breen were last seen in DS9.
@@ToothlessDragon536you wish it were that simple.
5:35 Sounds so intimidating

I love that DISCO fleshed the Breen out some!
Agreed, although I wish it had more substance.
@@darthplagueis66 true that. That would have been nice.
It does answer the question of why the founders seemed so trusting of the breen
@@DogsRNice Yep. They are living liquid people. Just like them.
I don't know that "flesh" is what I would call it 🤪
Missed opportunity with their real faces. Not bad, but still.
Great action😅
This so was terrible - Burnam was literally the worst and I'm so glad it's over...
Why did you click on the video?
Oh, Nu Trek, is there anything you can't ruin?
