Why does the mirror universe at this point in time, have less effective Torture chambers than in Archer's time period? Those chambers could keep you in pain without you passing out.
It is ironic that some people seem to derive humour or pleasure from the suffering of others. Even though Philippa Georgiou spent time observing a Starfleet crew she still tortured her own daughter. I realize in some twisted way she taught she was teaching her!
@@ronaldcustard4636 They try to make her out as some big time killer in this universe but all she kills are bags of Doritos and cans of Coke, her biggest fear is a treadmill. Plus, I agree that her hair is bad everywhere she goes.
Exactly. I think Kirk missed this when talking to mirror Spock. Even when Spock did reform (must have been a herculean task), others took advantage and enslaved the Terrans. The mirror universe is savage and brutal and no emperor/ empress can afford to be weak
@@googleuser7454 I think not only is the Terran Empire brutal, but all other races too. Even Worf who supposedly is the most honorable felt petty and sadistic in the mirror.
@@UNSF I got that idea as well. Even mirror Phlox was sadistic. Not sure if it extends to all of the races (Vulcans didn't seem too violent but they were subjugated so it is hard to tell). Why do I cringe every single time Michael has to do any real acting, shes just soooo terrible. I loved her in walking dead though, Sasha I believe, but the writing for Discovery is SOO bad.
Tilly's facial
response after Burnham tells her to "rot in hell, birch" is another golden Discovery moment.
And the response by Tilly was very kinky! 😊
Tilly has all of my favorite moments, with Georgiou coming a close second.

"What lights?!"
They made a parody of that scene on tng recut but he was in the holodeck and that was the program he was running fifty shades of Picard
I loved the look on captain killy face when burnham told her rot in hell bitch priceless
Detmer being very clever to covertly tell Michael to lose the battle to win the war.
This is more impressive (visually) than Mirror Kirk's Agonizer.
I read somewhere that when the writers were working on the TNG Picard torture episode, they consulted with Amnesty Int'l. to get the scenes authentic.
I read that too.
I love captain Killy. She is hot, badass and most impressive woman then her soft-hearted counterpart.
The face Tilly makes @0:35: "Ima show you a rotten bitch..."

Maybe its just too powerful, or just done that way by choise
It's because this show is not canon in my book. They really should just put this in the JJ Abrams universe.
Maybe passing out gives brief respites that exemplifies the pain part even more...
You got to keep in mind your talking about another terran empire in another universe not this one
It's a feature not a bug. Risk of death makes these booth more scarier. Lorca appears to almost die from the agony chamber.
Strange and disturbing how the torture of this character seems so pleasing to some people.

Psychopathy is the norm among humans in the mirror universe.
apparently, in no universe, does Tilly have a good hair cut.
Agreed: _Captain Killy's_ hairdo is reminiscent of the blond singer from the 70s-80s band, _The B-52s. _
I thought the terran captain killy hair was fine Silvia tilly could have had her straight as a redhead and looked not like she just got out of bed
Yes, and overweight in both universes.

Someone said the science behind the agony Booth is possible but I don't know if it's true
It already has been: it's called the _electric chair,_ but set at a lower voltage; however, like a electric chair, the agony booth can be set to kill!
