I highly recommend the Hask Curl Care line. You might like the curl cream or maybe even the gel as curl definer!
Bis-aminopropyl dimethicone is a modified silicone that works as an excellent conditioning agent and creates a protective barrier on the hair strands. Bis-aminopropyl dimethicone actually bonds to damaged areas on the hair's cuticle and makes the hair feel softer. Pantene leave in conditioner spray from rescue line has it as well and is water spray next time use that before apply gel ♥
I’d love to see a protein free wash day! I can’t use a lot of protein or my hair gets overloaded and feels like straw. I would love to see some hard hold gel options that are low in or free of protein.

I like how it turned out! I think your hair responds really well to sulfates!! Maybe sulfates are the way to go for you?? I know personally I need sulfates or I’m an oily mess!! You look lovely as always ❤

My hair stylist turned me on to the miracle rescue conditioner and I've never looked back. It detangles better than anything else I've tried. I also use the Volume shampoo. I tried the gel, but it didn't offer enough hold and curl retention. Thanks for this video!
I’ve never tried that hair gel but I’ve tried one of the hair mask from panting and loved it and I’ve tried that shampoo and loved it
Thank you for this one brand wash day! I have the volume shampoo and I have the Miracle Leave in Conditioner but not the deep conditioner. I need a better hold from my gels so I can go longer between washes, and then leave the cast on overnight since it will eventually soften on its own (Yay capricious PNW weather). I'd like to see a Tgin one brand wash day next!

Skala expert. I finally tried products and I am amazed. The blue mais cachos products (the blue tub) are for 3 a-c hair but worked phenomenally on my way hair. There are shampoo, conditioner and gel in the mais cachos line. The other skala expert line I tried and also loving is the Dona skala products (lavender tub) for wavy hair. I have never had results like I have gotten with the skala expert products. I would love to see you try them if you have already,I apologize. I didn't see a video.

Also, I recently used Garnier Fructis Plumping Treat with watermelon extract shampoo and conditioner. They passed the test on CurlScan as being curly girl friendly and I got unbelievably good results! It says it’s for fine hair but mine is part fine, part coarse. But now I’m on the hunt because it’s actually hard to find (although online their website says I should be able to find it at Tom Thumb). I know they also have a mask. I’d love to see if you have similar results with it or if it’s actually nothing to do with the products and more to do with the fact that I’m currently in a more humid climate. Thanks!

I noticed my hair does the same thing with the Twist gel type. I have to use a protein infused product
I have come to like a conditioner with silicone. My hair is fine. It will tangle like crazy 🤪 in the shower even though I carefully brush with my Tangle Teezer before my shower. My current favorite drug store conditioner is the TRESemme 7x Moisture. I’ve never tried any of their other products. My hair needs boogie cream and gel 🙄🙄

How often do you clarify your hair?
I recently tried this conditioner. My fine wavy hair said no, very loudly. Felt heavy & build up. Gave it away after 1 use!
You should try from Sally’s one of the generic gels it’s supposed to be compared to the Paul Mitchell extra body sculpting gel it is one of my favorite gels And it’s like eight dollars they have a lot of products in the generic brand at Sally’s that are supposed to be compared to like the Paul Mitchell expensive brand they also have a shampoo that’s Teatree that I love and helps my itchy scalp

Ooh I agree! I like the curl reviver mousse and gel, but I actually like using the secret weapon finishing creme as the curl cream
I used to use Pantene and it it made my hair buildup-y.
I also got that deep conditioner when it was at Costco. I gave to my mom 😁
I always used that shampoo, but I felt that maybe it left a film on my hair that was leading to breakage. Though my hair looked nice. But I have hard water, so...This could all be my imagination.
I wonder how well that y’all would perform if you let it like air dry I know you don’t like to do that because your hair takes forever to air dry but I think like those types of gels they cannot handle diffusing

Your left side - the one with less quality clumps - looks exactly how mine turns out, even WITH high quality wavy curly products (all that you have recommended). I don’t know how to get it tighter/stronger waves. (Been doing curly girl (not legalistically) method over 6 months.
It's possibly you could still be transitioning. Also, there are many factors from hair length, weather, if you need to clarify/deep condition and that could be your curl pattern... And for that last one, there is NOTHING wrong with that!
PANTENE made my HAIR FALL OUT!!!! I loved their shampoo & for about 5 years I only used Pantene shampoos. I have very thick hair- I've always lost a fair amount on wash days. No bald spots or anything, but someone mentioned that several people had said Pantene made their hair fall out. I decided I really needed to for better quality stuff. My hair was normal- thick but literally doubled in thickness after I quit using Pantene. Probably took 6 mos to really start seeing it, but I did have a bunch of 1in baby hairs allover my head a month later...
I'm 1000% certain that it was Pantene because I changed nothing else
I wouldn't use any hair products at all if they were the last brand on earth. I dont trust anything they make after that.
