Do the Toyota "extra cost colors" have more layers or better materials over non-extra cost paint colors? Is there a specific reason why some paint colors cost more than others?

That's a great question! People who buy new cars often have to pay extra for certain colors. This can add up to hundreds or even a few thousand dollars to the price of a new one! A lot of the time, manufacturers charge more for metal flake and tri-coat pearl finishes because they're more difficult to make and apply, and some manufacturers charge more than others. Make mine the se edition in hatchback with 6 spd. Manual. Windchill white or white with red interior and red seats with top of the line factory stereo. Otherwise too confusing. Too many abbreviations L, LE SE SXE, SXE APPEX, ETC🤔
