I’m a 13-year-old boy topping at 192 lbs. I started dieting about two weeks ago, and my progress is paying off. I bicycle ride 1000 calories a day, and when I don’t, I try to run at least two miles! Thanks for the motivation, man. I also lift weights. Edit: as of April 21, 2022, I am 179 pounds. Still going! I also train muscles in the gym lol. Edit 2: May 25, 2022, 169 pounds. Edit 5 October 4 2022, just started bulking and now I’m around 153 pounds. Trying to get to 165: Edit 6: November 5, 2022, 157 pounds, still trying to get to 165, but may even go to 170. Edit 7: December 18, 2022, forgot to include the finish of the bulk. But the bulk is over and the cutting has begun. Currently around 160-162, cut will end at 140. Then I may do a real intense bulk to 170 or 180. This transformation will never end. Edit 8: Jan 20, 2023, I’m 158-159 now, cut is going sooo slow. But that’s a good thing because my main goal is muscle hypertrophy. Edit 9: April 7, 2023, I’m 153-154 now, not a fast cut, but I’ve gained some strength, my bench went from 90 for reps to 140 for reps while still being leaner and less weight than before. Edit 10: here’s my current transformation video, please help me blow it up ua-cam.com/video/bwdavpUxbAU/v-deo.html Edit 11: June 6, 2023. I’ve gained some more muscle and started bulking again. Edit 12: April 30, 2024, wow, it’s been so long. I’ve bulked a lot and lost a ton of fat; im now 190. A bit bulky so now I plan on cutting. Im exactly where I started but more muscle and less fat! About to be 16 now.

Yo man I gotta thank you, about a year ago I weighed 240 pounds at 5'7 and watching this video made me start considering my health and working out. Though it hasn't all been good, I've lost about 35 pounds so far and whenever I start to lose motivation, I come back to this video.
Bro, fr, the hardest thing to deal with after losing this much weight is figuring out how to deal with all this newfound confidence. Well done, bro. Inspirational
Speaking to DBZ and the correlation to real life - the most powerful, impactful skill you'll ever have is WILL POWER. You overcame yourself, which is one of the hardest things you'll ever do. WE'RE PROUD OF YOU and applauding your hard work. You're killing it dude.
When he said he was inspired by DBZ I felt that. Anime in general has motivated me to get into better shape and I've currently lost 37 pounds since I started working out last year 💪
@@Knightninjaa It's really weird how you say he was doing it wrong when it literally doesnt matter anymore and can probably fuck you up and feel it until your kids have kids
I recently turned 30 and am going through a separation from a long time partnership and it motivated me to change my life. I dropped from about 215 to 175 in about 6 months but I've NEVER felt more motivated to keep going and go even harder than I've ever gone before. Seriously man this video has me choked up. You're an inspiration
We're like in a similar situation. I'm 32, also left a long time relationship, I dropped from 230 to 180. I didn't do any real workouts i just changed my diet, so I'm not a fat boy anymore but sadly I ain't got muscles. I should be hitting the weights soon. Good luck on your journey.
Excellent sharing. I just posted in the main comment section, but I will repeat myself here. I lost 60 pounds in 9 months in 2021. Got out of my routine and gained some back but also went to the gym so I definitely feel stronger. I rejoined the gym and went every day for an hour for the last 15 days. Hopefully I can make it a full year straight. I also found this video to be very inspiring and helpful. Keep up the good work!
@@Kurtpoopants keep up the consistency! I started working out/eating better in March of last year.. I started at 250 pounds and I'm currently 168 pounds... 82lbs down, with a goal to weigh 150.. 18 lbs to go. Try intermittent fasting! Best way to lose the pounds..don't eat for the first 12 hours of your day, just drink water and coffee.
This video is a real motivation for all teenagers that are overweight. Your video gave this real 80's/90's vibe to it as well, which I really enjoy. You are like the embodiment of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Laurence Tureaud, Carl Weathers and Jean-Claude Van Damme! I know am over exaggerating but damn great work man! 💪🏼
I started last month, I weighed 295 lbs just like you. I keep watching these type of videos to keep me motivated. So yeah, just wanted to say thanks for keeping me going one day I will be proud of my body.
My heaviest was 308lbs last December. Currently weighing in between 270 and 275. Been eating less, working out more, and feeling a lot better about myself. My goal is 180 and I don't plan on slowing down any time soon. Thanks for that extra boost of inspiration!
@@vixtermono5901 That's not what he said, he was clearly obese. I think it's got more to do with genetics. Some people get more loose skin, some people don't. That said, I'm guessing doing plenty of resistance training whilst slimming down probably helped a lot, and we also don't know how tall he is either.
these fitness transformation videos always seem so disconnected from reality, but your attitude towards your own journey was raw and relatable. really appreciate this video dude, hope you continue to find joy and happiness in life 👍
You were jacked under the fat. So cool to see this. I started dieting and exercising more and just today i had absolutely no motivation to keep going and then i saw this and it put me right back on the path. Thank you for uploading this and giving me the motivation needed to keep going.
If you see some of his other videos, he actually does do squats. Maybe he did some squats and didn't mention, or he just started doin it late, but he can't fit all those days of training in one video, only he knows....
Okay hold on because the editing kept taking me off guard. I didn’t know to cry or laugh I kept going back and forth Lmaoooooo. 😆 🤣🤣😭🤟🏽 so proud of you man!!!!
Well done....lost 100 lbs here at age 61. 247 was my highest. Enough was enough was 41000 feet over Manitoba westbound on a transcon after a long weekend of eating and drinking too much. At 150 I am waiting for back surgery...can not imagine the mess I would be in had I not lost this weight. The gyms are reopening.
Man this is hella motivating man. I love watch videos from people going from far to fit, it makes me go harder man. I’ve been slacking in the past year so I needed this fr
Actually losing weight like that makes you weaker (not weak, just weaker than you could potentially be). Notice that most power lifters and strong men carry a lot of fat. They aren't lean like body builders.
I used to weigh 330 pounds at 6ft0in, now I'm down to 180. I finished this transformation years ago, and yet I'm always happy to see others make that same journey. Congratulations on your hard work, much love from Japan.
Once again I put this video in my saved section!! This video gets me really motivated to make changes to myself and I’m gonna try to pass this on to any other people at this may help!!
I'm more so impressed with the fact that you don't seem to have much loose skin. Every transformation vid I see, there's usually some loose skin left over but god damn, your muscles just filled in the void. Very impressive transformation, love watching these for inspiration and motivation. Keep the hustle up brotha. Much respect for you.
People who starve to death dont have loose skin, even if they were fat before they starved. Thus the body uses the skin for fuel to keep you alive. Extrapolating from this we can be sure that a calorie defecit is whats needed to get rid of loose skin.
Both people above me are misinformed, Cult Leader is right, it’s mostly genetics but it also depends a lot on how damaged or stretched the skin was. He is young and his skin is still elastic so that helped him too.
@@NeverLuckyRubberDucky ah yes, that guy is wrong but me without an example or proof that what i said i wrong is right. Bro get real, find me a starved to death person with loose skin.
@@Lesser-Flame your logic is so off, it’s just plain wrong. It’s easy to look these things up I don’t have to show you a picture of a person who has starved to death with loose skin lol. There are plenty of pictures with anorexic people with loose skin for example, look for yourself. Caloric deficit WONT get rid of loose skin and that’s a fact and it’s easy to look up.
Absolute respect! I was able to lose 60 pounds in 9 months in 2021. I got out of my routine. Rejoined the gym and have gone every day for the last 15 days. Hoping to make it a year straight. This is a great motivator of a video! I wish you all the best! Thanks for sharing!
Incredible transformation! The thing I liked most was that even at his heaviest he wasn't trying to look soft for a more extreme looking change. Keeping it real! I'm feed up with before and after picture were the stomach is push out and shoulder slanted in the before.
I found this video at the perfect time. I'am 35 and use to be in shape. Finally got sick of it and stopped making excuses. Got a dumbbell this weekend, started waking up doing exercise's instead of searching the web before work. Stopped drinking, and diet has been improving. Also a fan of Dragon Ball Z, and seeing guys like Goku and Vegeta always push themselves to get stronger is inspiring and helped shake me out of apathy. Thanks for that extra nudge bro. Very inspiring video.
Thanks for sharing. I wish my body was muscle at 300 lbs. I wouldn't have changed it. I had to get healthier because of my blood pressure and kidneys. I am 255 lbs and I feel great. It was a great journey and experience from 343 lbs to where i am now. I will admit that i had a weight loss doctor some vitamin shots, and appetite suppressants and mostly changes in my diet, exercise and life. Still learning how to love and be a greater me. Stay with it is the key to success.
omg doing push up that fast with 300+ weight is amazing. I guess when you're that motivated there's no one can ever stop you from doing what you wanna achieve. You earned my respect big man.
i think it is important to let you know that he is on gear. Don't be discouraged if you don't get the same results as him. Keep being consistent with exercise and good nutrition. Cutting carbs helped me a lot.
Staying consistent is one of the best things you could ever do. In a year I lost around 80 pounds, and now have been struggling to keep going since Im still overweight but feel much better about myself! Thank you for this! reminder to keep going and that Im almost there, I just have to stop holding myself back.
Dang dude, I’m surprised your hair didn’t turn yellow, because you went straight Super Saiyan. For real though, you are an inspiration! I’ve been lifting weights since February, but you’ve inspired me to go even harder in the paint. Also, your humor and editing are hilarious.
Good shit bro. I have been going hard on my progress since January 1st. No luv handles, man boobs, stomach damn near gone, abs showing up, shoulders and neck bulking up and arms getting bigger. I'm down like 20-25 pounds. My journey has also helped me make other improvements as well. I never had an Instagram and up until recently I didn't feel confident to make one. Now there's no restrictions. I feel phenomenal and my confidence is reaching an all time high. Keep on elevating, and I will do the same.
This is incredible! The whole video I was saying "no way thats the same guy from the beginning". There's zero excuses for anyone not to achieve a great physique. Inspiring man thank you
I used to be 424lbs and my journey really started in Sept of 2019, I had a pituitary tumor removal surgery and to make things short, things just began to click, fall into place I suppose. I'm currently at 250lbs, I still want to lose another 20-30lbs, I'm currently working on strength training, my coach has me on a great regiment and while I've taken longer than you this just helps me motivate myself to continue going.
Man, thank you so much for the motivation. Started about 12 days ago, at 278 so tired of being this big. Today I’m at 265. I’m ready to get where ur at homie. Thank u.

Since the start of January 2022 i've also been on a diet and doing home workouts and i've done it for a week so far and i've never been more confident and motivated throughout all my years of dieting and gym memberships. I started at 255 pounds and now a week later I am 248! And yes I know scales are unreliable and I could just be water weight I'm losing, but It is still fantastic motivation for me to keep going with the workouts and continue my diet. Edit 5 October 4 2022, just started bulking and now I’m around 153 pounds. Trying to get to 165:
Edit 6: November 5, 2022, 157 pounds, still trying to get to 165, but may even go to 170.
Edit 10: here’s my current transformation video, please help me blow it up
ua-cam.com/video/bwdavpUxbAU/v-deo.html
Edit 11: June 6, 2023.

Seeing him not having lose skin helps me to continue my journey
He was mainly bulking, I think that might have been a reason, If he was cutting he might have had some lose skin
@@Nghilifa guys, he is like 18-20 here....his skin snaps back a lot faster than older people.
if you stay at maintenance or like 100 calories above that there is a hugh chance you wont get loose skin

Every transformation vid I see, there's usually some loose skin left over but god damn, your muscles just filled in the void. Very impressive transformation, love watching these for inspiration and motivation. Keep the hustle up brotha. Much respect for you.
@Cult Leader Trump high reps help less loose skin
