Low fat products have a higher sugar content always! Trust me! I did a sugar detox for a month, when you start reading those labels it's shocking! Cath Hill exactly that, the sugar, so carb content is really bad in low fat. I'm doing the keto diet, really low carb and sugar, good fats like avocado and olive oil, high leafy greens.

low fat and reduced calorie things often contain more sugars than full fat...more chemicals aswell than full fat..we was advised to stay away from low fat... low calorie foods on our healing journey...
When my dad had cancer any "light" products were forbidden by the nutritionist(is that an engl word?)he had to work with. Neither low fat was allowed nor light products with artificial sugar.
Hayley Dryden That is so true about packaged and prepared foods. Of course there are plenty of zero and low fat natural foods that are very healthful and nutritious and should be eaten in abundance.
+Alexis I commented about low fat foods..not animal products...it's not just processed sugar in some of the foods it's chemicals aswell...yes you are right about animal products..Its scary when you dig a little deeper and see what goes in to food..our water and so called beauty products.

Disney Gamer I agree with you. How dare they tell someone how long they've got to live! They only know stats and rates, which do not take into account the individual person. Doctors who act like they know everything, including when someone will pass, like they are gods or something make me so angry! Their job is to diagnose and treat. They are not psychics and shouldn't be making predictions about the future, IMO.
I think they based their estimate on a patient with that particular condition and no treatment. Emily is getting treatment and she’s taking it seriously, eating,always hydrated, exercise,a lot of good thoughts and prayers from 40k people and an angel besides her. She already won now she’s living the life.
Emily, you remain the Queen of the Bounceback....you don't stay low for long, and you come back fighting every time. Alright treatment, do your thing....but with fewer side effects! Have a great rest of your weekend.

I remember going to the theatre with my mum a few years ago and we got those stupidly expensive tiny tubs of ice cream. I put the wooden fork thing in to the tub and the ice cream came out as a whole all at once. I nudged my mum in the dark to show her what happened thinking she'd laugh, but she thanked me and took it out of my hand! Aisha eating your salad while you explained to us it was yours reminded me of just that!! Haha! Lovely video, x

It's so weird how you affect my life Emily considering I've never met you, I had skin cancer last year & have to go back for check-ups! Normally I just let the doctor do his check & say goodbye, this time I found myself asking questions & telling him about my friend Emily, it seemed so natural to say that. Luv you both my friends! Just wanted you to know Emily that you inspire me so much. I've started a new way of eating by cutting out as much of carbs as I can and I'm actually feeling better and I've lost 10 lbs in 10 days. I'm keeping up with my physical therapy everyday and the diet changes are really working and I'm just really motivated. Your so inspirational and I don’t miss a video, problem is, I always watch your videos on you tube on my iPad but I wanted my family to see how awesome you are so when I started watching on my tv firestick I was unable to post comments and hit the like ,,,,,,I want you to know, we are here supporting you , loving you, loving the person you are! I will go and hit like on your videos so you know we love you and we have faith in you, here in Missouri USA. Your are the bomb and we are with you 100 percent!
So good to see 'you' again. The positivity kick arse Emily is back. I think considering everything you are going thru it's understandable that your body needed a rest from things. You've just had radiotherapy!! But I'm so pleased that taking a break from treatment helped and it really does show. I'd like to mention my sister in law to you. I hope you take from this the positivity it's intended. She was diagnosed with skin cancer, a mole on the sole of her foot! This was December (a few years back) in the spring she was told it was terminal, they said she wouldn't live long enough to get married in the October. She got married in October. She also lived to see her first wedding anniversary. She was then told in that November she had weeks, less than 12 they said. She held a farewell party for all friends and family the next month. How she did it I've no idea, I see so much of her strength in you Emily. She refused to die before her 30th birthday (March) she said. Bugger me she did. She turned 30 in the March when she 'should have been dead 2 years prior' according to all dr's she was treated at royal Marsden too, she couldn't fault them except for their longevity prognosis lol. 3 weeks after her 30th birthday she passed away. She was told time and time again she wouldn't be here by x date. But she was. I may have the exact dates muddled (brain fog problems with memory) Every time she was told to go enjoy the next few weeks, do anything you need or wish to do, she'd stick two metaphorical fingers up and say see you after that date. She traveled the world 3 times when told to do anything she wished. I hope this comes across as a positive post. I don't say it to remind you of the fact she died. I want you to take from it that she lived and in a weird way it was the cancer that made her do all those amazing things. Her first wedding anniversary they celebrated in Greece. She should never have married according to her diagnosis/prognosis. Let the drs worry about the dates. You keep living life and kicking its arse. Enjoy your weekend. Enjoy snacks in bed. That sounds lush! Love and strength to you both x

You need them of course but now you've got your mojo back & you look amazing. When I was on pain meds, every morning I woke up groggy and felt like a zombie for awhile. After I took my morning dose I felt so much better! when I finally didn't need them anymore, it took a week of feeling like crap then I felt normal again! I am in awe of you! Ps.:the doctors told my cancer fighting dad(many years ago) that he had about 2-3 month left....well as a matter of fact he lived 2yrs an 1 month - with lots of meds- a happy life! Animal products are a far bigger issue. Of course processed sugar isn’t good. But it’s definitely not the worst.

Yeh they missed a 39cm tumor in my mum plus 3 others the size of a 50p 😑😑😑 and she was going for 3 month scans for 5 years

It's so weird how you affect my life Emily considering I've never met you, I had skin cancer last year & have to go back for check-ups! Normally I just let the doctor do his check & say goodbye, this time I found myself asking questions & telling him about my friend Emily, it seemed so natural to say that. Luv you both my friends! Good to see you looking & sounding better 💕❤️

Just wanted you to know Emily that you inspire me so much. I've started a new way of eating by cutting out as much of carbs as I can and I'm actually feeling better and I've lost 10 lbs in 10 days. I'm keeping up with my physical therapy everyday and the diet changes are really working and I'm just really motivated. Thanks for being so positive and I really look forward to seeing your vlogs and that smiling face. Love to y'all from North Carolina USA!

So good to see 'you' again. The positivity kick arse Emily is back. I think considering everything you are going thru it's understandable that your body needed a rest from things. You've just had radiotherapy!! But I'm so pleased that taking a break from treatment helped and it really does show.
I'd like to mention my sister in law to you. I hope you take from this the positivity it's intended. She was diagnosed with skin cancer, a mole on the sole of her foot! This was December (a few years back) in the spring she was told it was terminal, they said she wouldn't live long enough to get married in the October. She got married in October. She also lived to see her first wedding anniversary. She was then told in that November she had weeks, less than 12 they said. She held a farewell party for all friends and family the next month. How she did it I've no idea, I see so much of her strength in you Emily. She refused to die before her 30th birthday (March) she said. Bugger me she did. She turned 30 in the March when she 'should have been dead 2 years prior' according to all dr's she was treated at royal Marsden too, she couldn't fault them except for their longevity prognosis lol.
3 weeks after her 30th birthday she passed away. She was told time and time again she wouldn't be here by x date. But she was. I may have the exact dates muddled (brain fog problems with memory)
Every time she was told to go enjoy the next few weeks, do anything you need or wish to do, she'd stick two metaphorical fingers up and say see you after that date. She traveled the world 3 times when told to do anything she wished.
I hope this comes across as a positive post. I don't say it to remind you of the fact she died. I want you to take from it that she lived and in a weird way it was the cancer that made her do all those amazing things. Her first wedding anniversary they celebrated in Greece. She should never have married according to her diagnosis/prognosis.
Let the drs worry about the dates. You keep living life and kicking its arse. Enjoy your weekend. Enjoy snacks in bed. That sounds lush!

You need them of course but now you've got your mojo back & you look amazing. You've got that fighting spirit back in your pretty eyes 👀 Keep up with the healthy eating but stick to full fat foods/mayo/salad cream as low fat anything contains more sugar! and I read that cancer loves and feeds off sugar. You inspire me to eat healthier - thank you. Your drive, strength and positive frame of mind puts me to shame and inspires me to let the useless crappy thoughts go. When I was on pain meds, every morning I woke up groggy and felt like a zombie for awhile. After I took my morning dose I felt so much better! when I finally didn't need them anymore, it took a week of feeling like crap then I felt normal again! I am in awe of you! Love Y'all to the Heavens and back! Enjoy every moment !

Ps.:the doctors told my cancer fighting dad(many years ago) that he had about 2-3 month left....well as a matter of fact he lived 2yrs an 1 month - with lots of meds- a happy life! Just saying bc i heard the doctors said you wouldn't make it to a june wedding! Fortunatly the docs are wrong sometimes!!!

Other than the gd, I love your vlogs; and I am beginning to eat better since watching your videos. You did something my D.O. couldn't do as effectively. You know the recent video where you went to the body venue, and were saying that seeing people who were 'well' made you down but your logical take on that was so spot on. It did me a world of good to hear that, and you and Aisha I absolutely adore to no end! I mean you are so incredibly wonderful. I always see you well and HERE. Not even YT, but to be here on the planet for your full measure of days! You are iboth inspiring me to be a better person.
