Hey just wanted to say that your teaching style is perfect for beginners. I developed back issues playing drums/guitar/computer use, paid for physios and PTs would do a range of exercises including this one with them and would practice as they asked. I got a bit stronger but the pain never got any better because I would often "cheat" the exercise as you've outlined here. Recently I got a new teacher who started sending me on the right path got me doing ring rows and other things which really emphasise holding yourself up while doing the exercise (your gym ring setup video which is also quality is how I found your channel) but man, _this_ is what I needed a year ago! A description of each muscle group that needs to be activated, what it feels like, how you can learn to become aware of that feeling and common mistakes. For me 'keep your back straight' just was never going to cut it because all I would think about was my back and my stomach/core, not the pelvis and legs holding it up! Anyway thanks again, will share your channel around!
What a message man I couldn’t be happier reading it. I’m so glad this helped you in that manner and it is exactly the mission with anything I make. I hope I can continue to help and that you continue to grow and progress in your training/practice in life. Thank you for taking the time to write this out and I appreciate your support big time 💯
How do all these videos get so low views? This guy is an example of someone being shadow banned imho. Great Content!
