Superb demonstration of gradually building up to becoming a Handstand guy. Absolutely love how you go about each progressive step towards achieving perfection.
Try out the Level two exercises here they might be helpful for your case. Overall the HS journey can be a pain, but it mostly comes down to consistent training, exposure and using a wall. It can take time, but being patient with the skill/process and sticking to a wall for a decent period of time can make a huge difference. Hiring a coach is the next best step if you’re continuing to struggle. Can also make a world of a difference. Thanks for watching and persist 💯💪
I’d continue to work on technique against a wall and increase your capacity to hold for longer durations against a wall I’m assuming you are also talking about handstand push ups?
@@BodyweightProcess Yes. I've managed to do a few handstand pushups against the wall, but I have trouble keeping myself stable as I'm pushing down. How far down do I have to go in order for it to be considered a push-up?
@@BodyweightProcess im experienced in calistenics i just dont know how to fall out of the handstand or bail out at all, then again i have 0 practice on the wall so thats probably why.
Damn, this is a great video. The Bodyweight Process is easily one of the best calisthenics channels on youtube.

@@BodyweightProcess ok great. I’m not consistent. Sometimes I’m just too exhausted from work. How many days a week should I do level 2?
I'm stuck in the part in where I am in wall hanstand, but when I try to do push-ups I have trouble stablizing myself as I'm doing them.
