So when he said “the American people don’t want that” what he really meant was “MY DONORS don’t want that.”
And he's gone early. It's ok to believe whatever helps you to be sane and get through this crazy world. So long as you don't push your beliefs on everyone else.
The true religion is in your heart. All religions say about the same thing, they are just worded different. Otherwise they just want power and control for the masses. Plain and simple.
The master comedian and interviewer Bill Mahrand with my comedy hero George Carlin and genius comic who's take on the human condition is spot on. From the Hippie Dippy Weatherman days till the day he died George Carlin was my comedic northstar.
We need more Carlins!
"Life is hard and we need to make up stories". That is her God.
7:15. I almost spit out my coffee.
10:19 I didn't know Kelly Ann Conway has been around that long
Love and miss George and his insight and humor
Thank you
Pure genius! R.I.P. George.
Not in this debate. He said there is no God. Nobody is a genius saying that
As a little Catholic in catechism class the priest is going on about a virgin birth and I'm thinking to myself......where's the fun in that?
I remember this episode, love Carlin’s deep thinking and his ability to explain it simply. Reality is so much better then living in or for a fantasy. Sure miss you George, R.I.P.
He was the goat, he would’ve had a lot to say today
Well said. Reality is a trip. Glad to be here
jesus horrace is the epitome of “yelling loud enough, makes me right”
2:16 the legendary Joe Pesci😆
Freedom for those with plenty of money.
I just listened this only to hear George Carlin ....
Why did Armey move away from Carlin, was he skert God was going to strike Carlin with a bolt of lighting?
Indy Carr GD that had me dieing
Indy Carr Yes he was expecting the bolt.
He was probably worried about being struck himself. He pleaded guilty for corruption for taking lobbyist money and gifts in exchange for being pimped out to promote their evil agenda and a mouthpiece for special interest and corporate greed. He’s a liar and a hypocrite, and frankly, an overall piece of human shit.
There's nothing as Stockholm syndromesque as black Christians...both Africans and African Americans...as an African atheist,it boggles my mind...
@@sanctusignis9746: Reminds me of Diamond and Silk, who I call Rock-salt and Canvas. They believe that TRump was sent from God. The white man disturbed the natural progress of black people and Native Americans, they are still trying to do it.
All of these different people on the same stage but the entire comments section is only here for George Carlin.
I pray to Joe Pesci 😂😂
Seeing grown men talk about their belief in a fairy tale is super weird
Carlin is a lion
Believers are the ones who are arrogant, calling them out is just a matter of public service and standing up to their constant bullying and exclusion.
1:54 - Horace Cooper; Off. Dick Armey
LMAO
My life is now complete...thanx George Carlin
Bill why do you and did you keep having these yell over everyone idiots and not tell them to shutthefuckup????? Just why????? They are the ones we "need to kill first" as George Carlin said....R.I.P. such a loss to humanity when he died...
Even though bill is famous as hell i bet even he felt humbled that george high fived him.
George Carlin was the modern day philosopher not only just a comedian. He threw comedy into philosophy cuz that's easier to digest for the modern day
I miss George!!!
All this yelling, hollering, and yammering over each other.... was a preclude to what is now referred to as
"The View"
Thanks George.
Did Bill say he believes in god? lmfao
Yes. 3:08
Hey Georgie, thanks for having these conversations. I couldn’t have handled it. TM
What people don't get is, that the greatest faith comes from within us. When we trust and believe in ourselves we can achieve absolutely anything. When people Pray to an invisible deity they are wasting precious energy, that could be used to help themselves and others thrive.
If there's no creator than why worry about helping others?
That's presumptuous and frankly obscene! You seriously need to believe in an invisible man in the sky to have morality?! To be a decent human being?! Give me a break. @@alia-wm8ug
Well said!
@@alia-wm8ug The point is helping others is to make the world a better place for all of us to share. You don’t need a motive or pay off to help others… Sounds sounds more like transactional, which is the christian belief… Believe in somebody crucified, doing some thing specially for just you and you get to go up to someplace wonderful for the rest of all time. Mythology.
George Carlin just gets it
Religion and politics, two of the most deadliest things to ever happen to humanity.
Maybe. I'd say complicity to those who imposed it in the first place is the real problem. The human race as a collective has failed repeatedly at standing up for itself against what are very obvious, and weak, enemies.
I'D BE WORRIED ABOUT THE LIGHTNING BOLTS AS WELL MY FRIEND !!!
