- KOEI TECMO Europe and developer GUST Studios are proud to detail the upcoming Atelier Dusk Trilogy Deluxe Pack, available on the 14th January 2020 on PS4, Switch, and Steam.
The games: Atelier Ayesha: The Alchemist of Dusk DX; Atelier Escha & Logy: Alchemists of the Dusk Sky DX; and Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea DX will be playable for the first time on current consoles, taking advantage of the improved system hardware to deliver high-resolution graphics and smoother gameplay
The updated trilogy will also be delivering a large number of special elements and DLC from the Dusk series’ history; including extra costumes and accessories, numerous monsters, and the ability for additional characters to take part in battle.
The Atelier Dusk Trilogy will be sold individually, or together in a specially priced Deluxe Pack containing all three games.
Do hope there will be 4th title for the dusk series! The dusk world has still a lot of mysteries to offer...
Wow I was JUST about to by Escha and Logy but then I saw this. So glad I didn't pull the trigger earlier.
LOLcheeseORZ Yeah I would definitely wait for the DX version with all the DLC and quality-of-life improvements included. Plus, you have Ryza to play in the meantime (if you haven’t finished it already)
Same
The DX pack is a sure bargain when at discount
PHYSICAL PLEASE!!!
Physical version please!
it's will have but only asia version with english on playasia
I just beat Ryza and pre-ordered Ryza 2 yesterday. Im considering this trilogy because of how much I loved the experience.
I totally recommend this trilogy, it’s a little bit darker compared to other games in the series but it’s totally worth it.
Just as a heads up, Ayesha and Escha are both Time Limited so if that’s not your thing I would recommend the Mysterious Trilogy.
Pluie song needs more recognition
Buying a switch for xmas, is this trilogy a good introduction to the Atelier series? Oh and is there no English dubs?
I think the PS3 ganes were published by NISA so they have the dub, if I was you I'd Google them all or wait until release just to make sure.
I'd say it is. It is considered more accessable to a broader audience than the Arland series, if that is a concern. And yes they have English dub.
@@Infelious the ps3 versions were released by Koei. Ayesha was even dub only in that version.
These are based on the PS Vita versions of the game. Not sure if they had dubs.
Also, this is not the best starting point as Dusk is a bit more punishing if you mess up compared to the rest.
Not sure haven't played them but I will; I started with 'Atelier Sophie' which was a smart move as it doesn't have a time limit and eases in new players, though I'm willing too admit that 'Atelier Rorona' is my favorite so far (both have duds). Lulua was a great experience and I'd highly recommend it. As for Ryza haven't played it yet but will be picking it up real soon.
NICE
Do we know if this is getting a physical release in the west? I detest buying digital.
Will Steam get a trilogy bundle like with the Arland series?
"Just now"
Didn't mean there was a bundle at the time and this video was released before Steam got the Dusk series.
Nice, by the way Koei Tecmo please fix Atelier Ryza on Steam, it has no graphics settings and it's really bad optimized.
@Oresama Taiko *-* I'm always thankful ;)
@Oresama Taiko *-* defending them like that doesn't motivate them to improve quality of their ports
Please...physical version 😢
playasia will have physical + english
I hope you guys don't over charge for this.
Infelious Kazkari Don’t worry, they will. Lol.
this isn't mcDonalds. you really think a 30-60+ hour Atelier RPG should cost less than a few hour movie rental like Resident Evil 3 Remake? even as a port/remaster of a previous gen RPG, Atelier rpgs are worth more than visual novels and definitely worth more than $30 games like Bloodstained Ritual of the Night. these aren't shoestring budget games and Sony/Nintendo/Steam get a % from the purchases, so its only fair these games cost as much as they do on current platforms. Its realy a steal for the amount they are selling for.
The Last of Us PS4 edition sold $60 new despite being the same PS3 game just with some added things and a very short and shallow game compared to Atelier RPGs. even Cosmic Star Heroine would beg for these graphics.
there are always discount periods , that's when I bought the dusk series
Nice, Ayesha in Japanese I played the whole game with the English voices turned all the way down due to how bad they were :) I don't normally buy remakes, but with the writing in the latest atelier games going pure juvenile (from adult-themed), I might just get this. Here's hoping for better writing in Ryza (though I have my doubts based on the character designs...)
T Van Yeah the writing in the Mysterious trilogy was very bland and basic. Not much really happens in those games, and the characters barely develop. Dusk trilogy was way better IMO, in almost every way (even graphically, they somehow looked easier on the eye to me). I didn’t mind the English dub for Ayesha, but the main girl’s voice (Ayesha) was grating for me in English.

will there be an xbox one version?
Atelier iris trilogy mmmmm?
No hay español? Que lo venda en Europa y así se ganarán más fans
Logy is you?
So is this like a japanese talking simulator or something
Judging by all that aliasing in the video, 4k support is too much to hope for. I'm a bit tired of paying premium prices for low effort ports.
Don't care about the boring Ateliers. Atelier Ryza is the only one that matters.
espada9000 WTF? The Dusk trilogy is incredible and one of the best
@@zoozbuh Atelier Ryza is better.
Dusk Trilogy is really good, definitely worth the play after finishing Ryza
espada9000 ...I haven’t played ryza yet (waiting for my copy) so cant comment but I’m pretty sure you’re just saying that because “THICC THIGHS HURR DURR”. Dusk trilogy is amazing and they had some great concepts.
Lol at people salty cause op trolling, but tbh honest i played most of the games and it’s REALLY hard to recommend to anyone to go back. Ryza set the bar very high in many aspects (even story) and made a lot of good improvements. I would only recommend lulua maybe cause of no time limit. Everything else, skip.
Thighs or no thighs, ryza is absolutely the best in the series.
