Thanks for listing the model number on the package. The package that you didn't send the instructions in which means we have to look up the YT video by model name in order to assemble.
Put the shelf on first it makes putting the wheels on way easier

Just put mine together. It has 2 threaded holes to the right of the right burner knob. Does anyone know what they are for?

What a horrible video. This shows me nothing. One of the screws on the left side bracket for the side shelves won’t go through as the hole was not made correctly on this griddle. Now the shelves aren’t popping on like they’re supposed to. Should have bought the traegor

I just opened my box an hour ago. And I can't even screw the large thumbnail into the left side. I spent 30 minutes trying and making sure it's the right side and the right screw. The bottom shelf is lined up but for some reason the screw is not doing its job right!!! I need help!
Did you ever figure out the issue? I was just putting mine together tonight and had the same problem. I know it’s lined up right because I can put a smaller screw straight through with zero issues. I just gave up! I’ll try again tomorrow, but if you figured out the solution, I’m all ears!
@@JenniferMeinel Just got mine. Had to use my phone light and shine it through the backside to get the holes to line up. I used a rubber hammer to get it into place. The real hangup was that the hole on the shelf is too low... so I had to pound the shelf slightly higher to get it in. (This is all when the griddle is upside down fyi). Hope that helps.
Late to this but incase anyone has same issue the 2 longer set screws are different lengths by a small amount but one will only work on one side and one will only work on the other
It was very dark when you installed the side shelves, can I get some more information on that?? That’s where I’m stuck at,, just about done with the griddle, seems like the shelves dnt fit right on I made a mistake!! Please help

Poor design. The middle piece that keeps the legs stable doesn’t even fit correctly and the good came with a dent… awesome

The model 2177 is a 38,000 BTU unit. Due to the updated griddle top, it is more efficient than our original griddle tops, meaning it needs fewer BTUs for the same function.
