I have heavy thighs and tummy....so i couldnt able to perfom all on floor postures..bcoz when i am trying to take plank position and the next workout as my whole body weight is going on my arms and thats very painful so i couldnt perform...can u suggest me qny alternate workouts instead of on floor plz...i have to reduce 40kilos...

Ofcourse PCOS women should do all exercises to cover everything and to root out the condition:) There is no restrictions when it comes to home workouts ☺️👍🏻
