@@NicoleDaltonHealthCoaching, I used to log my food and I need to do that again. I’ll start tomorrow and see if that helps. I do not eat anything processed. No boxes or packages. I do not use or eat any seed oils. Everything I eat is whole foods. I also do not eat sugar and no refined carbs like pastas, breads, etc. Still I can’t seem to budge the weight. I’ll give it another go.
@@crh251 I would love to ask more questions and really dive in to where you are getting stuck at so we can creat a plan to get this weight off for you. I find that it is most helpful hopping on a quick call. Does this sound good to you?

I know you have helped me so much in this process of weight loss, mindset and just being a better me.
